Here is some info for the above wording:
Securities lending is the act of loaning a stock, derivative or other financial instrument to a broker for trading in exchange for collateral. Securities lending is important in several trading activities, such as short selling, hedging, ect. ect.

Securities lending and borrowing (SLB) is a temporary lending of securities executed by a lender to a borrower of securities, for a stipulated duration, at a certain fee. SLB mechanism is very popular globally as it provides liquidity in the equity market which in turn increases the market efficiency.

In my opinion and I really hope that I'm wrong, I believe Goldman Sachs have recently been lending the Cineworld stock out and are getting it back through various financial instruments. They've been actively doing similar movements in the premier oil stock as of today under these wording in the RNS document [Type of financial instrument] Securities Lending.

My overall avg. cpi share price has been greatly reduced nearing the low 40s ranges. I won't
