Come On Soder.... We need to see more of your posting about your 'previously worked as a market maker' knowledge.

This is you best chance to make an impact with everyone that this wonders if a 'P' protected portfolio transaction could have taken place along with the closure of the 5.5% Harbour Energy senior notes and if these are connected somehow or what are your thoughts. Anything at all would reinforce your claim to be an ex-marker maker and put those like Sauk(OLIVIA), DBNO and OBND to sleep.

That was a wonderful bounce in the Wti oil price. It pushed up all the oil stocks.
The Harbour Energy trading volumes excluding the hidden or later reported trades at 14:56 bst are:

Just to advise you that you're a good bit ahead of your predicted downward trend and for that
reason we can only take it as just a random prediction that you've given before and never really
made any impact as you were off the limits of your predicted wti oil target price.

Anyway, we're today currently equal in Buy and Sell trading Volumes and its the same for the other oilers too.

So, nothing to worry us as the MM's are just playing around with their Yo-Yo.

Hi Nonsence,
I don't mind. My average in old money was 22.89p and 400,000 hbr shares. This is equivalent to now £4.57p and 20,000 hbr shares. I've have work colleagues who also bought the ex-pmo shares when it was around 28 and 29p.
I've also set aside another £60k of cash ready to invest in Harbour just in case there was a major share price drop towards £2.80 and £3.00. However, I'm quite sure that this feared drops are not going to happen and the worst is Imo behind us. Nevertheless, as many would say, never say never and be prepared for the unexpected.
Good Luck and hopefully we move back towards £4 as today we got close enough to the £3.90 figure. Moreover, as many have said, when the MM's get that signal to raise the hbr share price, it will take many off guard and then hbr will be talk of the oil & Gas media news channels as we fly high leaving behind by a long shot also the BP guys. NoFear.(*__*).

Hi jefff, I'm sure that you can find more about 'P' protected portfolio if you google it or ask Soder who said worked
as a market maker and perhaps they would know all about these trading terms.
Anyhow, as you know already that when you buy a very large volume of shares you tend to pay a higher share price and when you then sell a very large volume of shares the same occurs by getting a lower sell price offer.
So, if on the 17th September 2021 those large buy volumes were bought at average share price of £3.60, then its assumed that the sellers of those large volumes would not had got more than the £3.45 seen today otherwise the market maker wouldn't had made their commission fee on the spread if it was just a few pences even if it was a protected portfolio transaction. Hi jefff, unfortunately, I cannot access the London Stock Exchange trade recap for the 17th September 2021 to see if those harbour energy large buy transactions volumes were also part of a 'P' protected or were [O] off book transactions. Nevertheless, I'm very hopeful that whatever its happening in the background could all be part of those creditors unlocking their right to sell their large amount of hbr shares or better be saying moved their shares [transfer] to other portfolios [protected portfolios] transactions between agreeing institutional investors.

What is 'P' Protected Portfolio ?
A protected portfolio transaction or, if reporting a trade resulting from a worked principal agreement for a portfolio transaction. Like a non-protected portfolio, but the price dealt at can be amended if the market maker manages to make a 'good' profit.
