I'm afraid as you said it clearly it was on the cards and was a ticking time bomb and I don't see how they can get out
of it. The company has had a tough time with Covid indeed but also the owner Mookie made sure that somehow the lenders would be stranglehold into submission without an end to the piling debt. God knows what will happen to the shareholders even though many bought in the cheap share prices. See you around in our usual place. Fingers crossed for cpi.

As you know the Bloomberg Cpi report file will be the most updated of all the websites out there that show some variations in dates and positions increases or decreases. I'll be speaking with my source tomorrow to fast track my request for a Cpi Bloomberg update. Thanks again for your thoughts on that Institutional Investor possible reduction.

Nice try, but I've never taken or added or held back from posting the latest Cpi Bloomberg update once it got to my desk.
If you look throughout that Morning Star Cpi II's data, you'll be able to see whether their 31st July 2022 published as of that date can give you and everyone else a head start with what has been happening since my earlier 13th July cpi report.

If you and anyone else want to cross check against their 31st July as seen data, please do so and let me know because I'm very busy tonight and get back to me with what you've find out good or bad as I don't mind.

Thank for sharing that link. According to Morning Star which I don't believe is as good as Bloomberg Terminal but could come close with a premium subscription, the following below is shown under Ownership Major Institutions tabs:

Morning Star appears to show that by the 31st July, M&G Investment Management Ltd. had Total Shares in cpi
Held 2.35 % and 0.62% Total Assets with 39,629,419 +6,610,645 shares as of July 31, 2022.
So, without looking the entire lot of data shown against the other II's previous Bloomberg reports, once can appreciate
that they have appeared to have retaken their previously reduced 2% in capita and according to Morning Star
they're back in Capita. Please wait for my latest Cpi Bloomberg August update. Thanks

However, if you look through my previously published Cpi Bloomberg report dated 13th July, 2022, you would see
that M&G Investment Management Ltd. had reduced as seen on file register with 5th June 2022 had reduced by -32,321,214 shares which would had left them with 7,308,205 or 0.1% as of that 5th June 2022 seen on the 13th July snapshot.

What a bloody joke share site. A trade of plus 1 million processed at 15:28 and the lse are just releasing trades of 15:24 time and it's 15:58. Don't believe their 15minutes delayed claim.

As always, the Lse chat site doesn't want you guys to see the 1plus million buy and they're delaying he publishing of that purchase. It was dealt at 15:28 and is now 15:50. Apparently their data is delayed by 15 minutes. So, it should had been released at 15:43.

We were told by Aimmaster2018 that we should be getting our deep pockets at the ready.
Well, an [O] trade apparently someone made a Buy for one lot of 1,142,000 cpi shares seen at 15:28:58 time
and paid 25.993p a share. Look out for it in the Capita lse trade summary as it should be appearing soon. Imho

2 x 170,000 lots of cpi purchased now at 15:19:55 and 15:19:41 time.
The share price traded at one at 25.56p and one at 25.74p and I put it through as an [O] trade rather than AT.
