I totally agree with your disappointed views about my ramping of Capita instead for Cine shares as this is a Cine forum. Understandably, I hear loud and clear. Last week Cineworld had over 300millions of shares number put through the Market Makers books. I wondered if all that piling in Cine was really worth it. Hoping again for a rebound from a rock bottom share price event that was too sickening to watch, is imho pure madness and can't hold back from giving my opinion and that is the frank truth. If all that good fresh money that had gone unwisely invested in Cine, had gone instead in Capita, it would had given everyone a seat in first row and many nights of solid good sleep. Instead, many have chosen to invest in Cine and have many sleepless nights without a never end of tormenting thoughts of fear of the unknowns and or worst to come.
A paper loss is all it is to many Cineworld shareholders, but for how long can you or are you prepared to sit and lay waiting around with that paper loss?
Can you wait let's say 1 year, 2 years or 3 years? I don't have the answers, but it won't be less than 1 year. Take Care guys and best of luck. I'm out. See you in Cpi if you want to join me there.

Unfortunately, I cannot accept what has been happening to the so many of past known holders who are probably still holding cine from where I sold out and promised myself never to buy it again. Those investors who are now disappointed about my today cpi ramping posts, have not learned nothing from me as I went on fighting many trolls as Cine was rebounding back from a similarly looking situation as current cine holders are currently experiencing.
Why have they taken this far and still not get it that you can only survive one major financial event and if that comes back to bite you one more time, they're will be a good chance it would put the Cine company on some sort of financial saving procedure that could trap many shareholders for a very long ride before they get to see any returns or break even. Why would you put yiur hard earned money in a draw hoping for that day for when Cine is profitable?
Is mind-boggling how investors would rather sit tightly for such a long time hoping and hoping when Capita can give them all that an investor really wants and that is an affordable share price in a UK company run by UK people and not by that dodgy Mookie boss who has always put their family first even before the strangled Institutional Investors who cannot get out or lose more.

As far as for my Chinese friends. All have sold out at a loss at around 85p from buying at 95p. But these punters had originally bought cine at 23p back in the Autumn of 2020 when it dropped at 16.5p. I had Cine at av 65p and went down with it before the summer 2021 rebound and exit at £1.20. It was my best decision ever. My Chinese friends got greedy and thought they could ride more by investing in cine in those high 90s hoping for plus £1.80. That's was imho too much wistful thinking. Lastly, I don't think that Jangho is still invested in Capita or might perhaps also allowed their stock to be used for shorting Cine.
That Jangho group was not imho a reliable institutional investors to count on in this current scenario and don't believe that they care much about the Fca disclosing regulations and time limits and nothing surprises me anymore.

You take your responsibilities for you own actions and can't advise better than this. Don't stay in Cine. Sell up and liquidate all your cine stock. Don't keep any for that rainy day. There will be more than one rainy day to stir down those cine shares if you keep thinking that way. Come along and join me in Capita and get a good sleep tonight. Investing shouldn't be so stressful.

I would rather promote Capita in a doomed Cine forum and risk being accused of ramping another stock, than let day traders in Cine keep going on that Cine is a great share to hold and the future is great for all who there to be patient.

Only last Friday there were punters who put hard earned money into Cine looking to earn big money only to find out that they were close to get nothing back and spent the entire weekend probably mentally stressed worrying for Monday to come and saved them with some sort of a magic event.
Cine will leave many worse off and you would be better to cut your losses and get out whilst you can and place it elsewhere or better in Capita [cpi] if you want to sleep at night every night without further worries.

I'm an Ex- Cineworld investor which cannot understand why so many of you would rather suffer the high risk of being stuck in a massively diluted stock or worse being probably having to wait for another media news reporter firing more speculation and flatten the Cine stock to 1 penny.

Of course they act on inside news snd of course is illegal. But unless you're a hacker that can get into those accounts that move the Financial braking news,
then nobody will ever tell or know how they do it.

Don't need to report anything about their shorting increases or decreases for upto 4 weeks. Remember that many will play the system and report out of this 4 week recommend voluntary arrangement. The Fca confirmed that it has no legislation in place to force them to keep to the 4 week decent thing and oblige to those voluntary terms.

The shortering funds don't want to be seen to have closed their shorts because it will keep the status quo as everything is good and that we're still here. That is just nonsense. The shorting funds would had got a chance to get out on the first drop which was on Wednesday and perhaps on Friday too as the last chance to close all their positions using the new punters day traders money to buy themselves out and live to tell the story.

Don't you know that well over 300millions of Cine shares Bought in numbers. And well over 300millions of Cine shares in numbers Sold transactions took place by last Friday end of trading. Those amounts are huge and those shorts would had closed there and then.

Shorters don't need to disclose their closed positions even after week of it happening. Don't you know that well over 300millions of Buy and 300millions of Sell transactions took place by last Friday end of trading. The Fca has only a a recommendation that hedge funds reporting for their shorts opening and closing is done within four weeks. However, there has been various occasions in the past that certain Hedge Funds have missed that 'Voluntary' arrangement to update the Fca by that 4-week cut off period.
I've personally been invested in Cine during the summer of 2020 and noticed one fund plus 1% short pposition that had been declared 3 months later to the Fca even though it had been negatively affecting the share price and the cine shareholders were unaware of this short that failed to 'Voluntary' declade it within the 4-week cut off period. So, as a matter of fact, don't take what you see on the short tracker site as the latest because it won't be if those funds have closed so behind the screens and it's off the limits of the small pi.

Moreover, I did report that hedge fund to the Fca regarding the three month delay in reporting that plus 1% short in Cine. Their answer was that it's a Voluntary arrangement and although they recommendation is to report to the Fca with 4 weeks of a change whether this is from going to a not needing to publicly declare a 0.49% to a needing to publicly declare a 0.50%, they cannot force these hedge funds to stay exactly within those 'recommend voluntary' arrangements and would only get involved if this Voluntary arrangements recommendations were subsequently abused. Ultimately, the Fca representative took down my info about that hedge fund and said that they would investigate but they will never give me any update on their investigation and it would remain a private matter between the Fca and that fund. Nevertheless, I wasn't the only one to file a complaint and other cine shareholders followed with similar complaint about that fund.
The end story of my comment is that nothing should be taken as written in stone because it might not be what it looks like to be on the front of it.
The Fca will only deal with very serious matters and not the odd hedge fund that likes to play the system especially when you have the option to make a voluntary declaration. Remember, its Voluntary.

Hopefully some of those that managed to get out of Cine immediately placed their yet to clear funds straight into Capita and hopefully they'll recover their losses or just break even. Let's see.

Trading in Cine shares had just resumed foe less than a minute and closed again. It bounced off the sub 2p and sitting at 4p. I hope that guy managed to sell up and at least got half of their money back. It's best they can do than nothing at all.

So AimMaster2018 if I understand you correctly that you're praying hard to the Lord of the shares to be good to you and drop cpi perhaps to repeat baby hit me one more time successful sell out that you announced back on the 17th November 2020 where you said that you previously bought in Capita at 23.9p.
So you want to repeat it the same winning formula? But why not!
But, I'm afraid that the MMs don't want you to have it at 23.9p but at 25p.
Take it or leave it and get left behind. Bloody penny pincher. (^_^).

I have been 200% with Thg, BooHoo and Cine and others too. Most of those stocks have lost plus 50% since I raised the alarm of incoming losses and total wipe outs of shareholders portfolios. Capita has always remained within the affordable levels and never went lower than many had wished or thought it would easily. Capita has suffered many eventualities due to unforseen matters that others like Cine and many out there had to deal with or go bust overnight.
Unfortunately Cine was always going to be meeting eventually a sad end.
This Capita and those Cine punters who bought in could and would had better off here for many years to come as Capita got stronger and stronger.
What a shame that on this occasion I chose not to tell those Cine punters to stop buying or averaging down and sell up and get in here before it would be too late. Another lot of investors money gone down the toilet. Bloody Amateurs

It's your money that will be going out to the bookies as when you decide to throw the towel in or they putting a margin call on your positions. I rather close it myself than being closed out. I might had just saved you some money with my advise.

You should had taken a sizeable punt in Cine yesterday when it drop low enough to get if for less than 8p and you could had sold for a quick profit not far off from 12p. Although this is Cpi that were supposed to comment on,
my point is that if you're looking for an entry at around 23.9p as you did previously to your good buy back in November 2020, then it's not going to happen imho. So! Why wait around when you could cut your ongoing open 'short position' probably on leverage and traded in Cine instead.

Remember everyone that Capita is for the moment a 'No Risk No Thrill' shares investment that may not fit everyone expectations. I rather be sleeping confortable every night not wandering if it will end up like Cine than being invested in Cine and get caught out like those shareholders in cine.
