RE: big moves in gold now ...4 Mar 2022 10:54
By the way - some unkind person has attacked me and called me names. I could give a list on many so-called conspiracy theories that turned out to be true, now proven to be true, but I won't bring such distraction to the board. When people instantly resort to insults and abuse, it only goes to show that they are bigots and bullies.
My point about Paul Craig Roberts and Martin Armstrong was that they are not just opinion writers. The world's top companies used to pay Martin Armstrong a lot of money to read his forecasts on stock markets, foreign exchange rates, commodity prices, etc. and Paul Craig Roberts was an associate editor of the Wall Street Journal, he taught politics and economics at Washington University, I think it was, and when he was Assistant Treasury Secretary in the US government, he was the man who devised Reaganomics. They are men with eminent and glittering careers behind them, they have a great deal of knowledge and experience and they have wide networks of contacts with top people who supply them with information that you won't find anywhere else..
I don't say you have to agree with their opinions, but such men are well worth reading because they often pass on information - real facts - that the media ignore, and even if you don't agree with their opinions (I sometimes don't), reading their posts helps us to gain a more balanced view of events than just reading opinion pieces by people with whom we agree..
I ought to have posted the link to Martin Armstrong's recent article on gold, rather than the one I did post, but that one was more recent and I had that link readily to hand. Most of his posts are on finance, economics, stock markets, etc.
