This was written by a genuine poster who I know has been holding for a long long while. Looks like Aik is determined to give the PI a fair settlement which while only right and proper, is very much at odds with the shenanigans a lot of AIM management engage in. God, lets hope Aik's not as crooked as David Ross. Was in CSLT for a good couple of years, not a holder for his derisory offer but have been watching it play out in disgust. Like I said this is all my personnel take on things and I've been calling things wrong for fun. Still, interesting times ahead and a nice antidote to the death by boredom arbitration hearing:) GLA

Not sure exactly what the rules regarding such offers and whether they have to be related to the share price. I do remember Genisis sold out 2.7 million at the not so generous offer of 5.5p so lets hope we're not similarly shafted. 32p or higher please Mr Rosenberg!

The way I'm seeing it is Ariel (Hillah and Ariel are one of the same) is selling 19 odd million shares to Iscar leaving him with around 29%. Under the purchase agreement Ariel will scoop up Raimon's shares which ups his holding to circa 38%. The Iscar deal is conditional that the remaining share capital ie. mine and yours holdings is bought up through the tender offer. Now what we don't know is how much the tender offer will be. Logic would suggest it'll be around 32p but if old man Ariel wants to play dirty we could end up with a low ball offer which if rejected will trigger a delisting to allow the Iscar deal to go through. This is the reason for the low SP, the uncertainty that we will receive a fair offer. So come on Ariel, lets see that famous Israeli sense of fair play in action and make us a decent offer!

I agree, lets see how this one plays out. MM's 0.22p is a ****take, not sure you can buy in any volume so might be a tactic to scoop up some cheap shares. The Edge, do you have any thoughts or has the malaria set in already? :D

Thanks for your reply, I always have trouble interpreting MTT's regulatory announcements. Isn't it the case that the tender offer will be made to us PI's while Maimon has been bought out under a purchase agreement for 32p a share. I'm expecting a fair offer from Ariel around the same level but you never know do you? Apologies if I'm reading this incorrectly!

Think you'll be holding for a long time to see 80p. The deal seems to be dependant on all outstanding shares being snapped up by Mr Rosenberg so looks like we'll be bought out. Ran Maimon has sold out at 32p but the RNS is slightly confusing me. Does he really own 8.9%? What about us humble PI's are we to expect a similar offer? Still, have to admire your timing and general bullishness these past few months, Congrats!

Well I've been here from day one literally 1st post. What a crazy share MTT, still have 1K worth so that's a nice bonus and a fish supper for you Ariel, Toda raba me old ;) Well done anyone who ever made money on this, its not easy. Although it would seem bbr absolutely ****ed it! :)

Aware of no reason for rise.... and down we go. Exactly the same thing happened in 2012 however, its worth noting the price went on to spike at 27p!! This will move fast on any positive news re the court case!

Lets hope it holds in the teens!

Woken up after the retrace, expect 20p plus depending on news! Almost non existent float!

Agreed, check the spike from Jan 2010, I was in at that time so know how far this could reach. They do like a good shake on here though with such a small float available. Good luck!
