Well Id have thought that'd be pretty obvious. Moly prices up > producing Moly becomes more profitable > Mine reopens >SP shoots up. Seriously though when I got into this I couldn't even pronounce Molybdenum let alone know what it was used for. Now however, theres a lot of talk of Moly on the up, factor in the listing this month and its going to be be brought to a lot more peoples attentions. There aint that many Moly specialists out there, count them on 1 hand so I can only see MTT benefitting from this renewed interest.

Thats my sneaky top up on the first of Feb. Originally in at 6.7p so my average is up slightly but with the Moly listing later this month a few buys and we can see the SP rocketing from these levels. And because of the liquidity it aint a bad place to have your money on days like these ;)

Yeah Iv seen the frenzys the MMs can whip up on some of the other boards. Not sure they have that much of a manuplative hold on here though. Anyway I bought in as a recovery share and Im staying as such. I have been getting mightly carried away, been sat in this share for ages and seeing it kick off this week has been really something. + sorry to have a go at you but I didn't want people selling at a 50% loss for no reason. I felt you intimated that only automatic trades would bring it back up, rather I feel there will be some sustained buying to come and the huge drop was down to a flurry of sells post RNS. and when I say flurry it cant have been more than 20, but with this stock that kinda volume really shifts the SP. Anyway, don't fancy a punt yourself?

you should not panic people into selling at a loss, as Im quite sure you know next to nothing about this share!

Im sure no1 bought on the strength of BUY BUY BUY BUY! If you read my more considered posts below you will find I guarded caution on this share. The SP swings wildly on the sheer lack of shares the MMs have to play with, there is no need to sell at a loss on this one the RNS nothing we didn't know already.

TIIIIMMMMBBBBEEEERRRR! MTT put out a staement they are unaware of any reason for the increase in SP, that makes two of us; way to kill the mood here though :D Hope no one got trapped in the 20s

Well in my new found capacity as ramper extraordinaire Id say its a raving buy. But realistically its pure speculation on Moly prices let alone MTT capitalising on it. Still if you can afford a punt, and you don't mind getting locked in, when the full recovery comes the rewards could be outstanding. Going by the fundamentals and the shortage of stock a buy a todays ask will net you a very healthy return one day or poss next week:) Im sure

I had the same feeling as you fella, although that was about a year ago :) Don't beat yourself up tho, theres no way you could have legislated for a rise like this. Funny thing is Im not sure many people have jumped on board at all,

30 Bagger! Ha yes I saw that as well; I'v nearly made it to a bag, theres going to have to be one hell of a recovery to get near those kind of estimate. Actually quite impressed with the way the SP has held up; baring any disastrous news think days of 6-8p have banished, for good hopefully

You're quite right, can't find any news for the rise today other than theres hardly any stock out there. Found out Old man Rosenberg owns over 70%. A couple of buys and this shoots up but vive versa itr seems. Wouldn't want anyone to get locked in on this stock so have quit the ramping but worth keeping an eye on, maybe a sneaky punt if drops markedly tomoz.. MTTR are in survival mode, plant in Mongolia has been shut for a good while and remains so; still if the Moly price picks up and operations in Mongolia resume this will surely fly, or Ariel will buy the whole lot!

Yeah expect its caught a few peeps eyes today, although can't understand the 80% rise. Makes a change from me and Rosenberg buying, in fact check the Driectors buys, theres some averaging down there! Owns half the bloody company I think. Will check tonight, hope the starting guns been set for a dramatic recovery
