@tea let's wait and see.
What a wonderful cup and handle formation on the monthly. Haven't seen one like that in ages. If it comes true we should be going north of 2p from here. Anyone else noticed that formation?
Come on indexes are trading up no need to jump of a skyscraper....
Feels like everyone has jumped in front of a bus today. No need to walk on egg shells just hammer it through. lol
@bigeye54 larrysumbawangajogonsongrayson made so many people lose money listening to his tails of woe and doom gloom black clouds hanging overhead and the end is nigh gibberish that I'm sure it will make them chuckle in the least.
@larrysumbawangajogonsongrayson don't do it.... always another opportunity......
larrysumbawangajogonsongrayson probably sitting next to a railway station platform contemplating how he right royally screwed up and where all the woes in his life lead him to that point when all he had to do was buy the lows.
Perhaps the BoD ought to let news out on current production levels or at least let everyone know when production increases. Might work to restore trust and confidence back in the sp.
Anyone know why this stock isn't 1p a share?
As more and more shares go into private hands less and less supply has to mean an increase in sp on demand.
There's been a continuous stream of sporadic big buys. Something brewing perhaps?
Well as they say, necessity is the mother of all inventions and for EDL it's now simply sink or swim. The Directors face a binary choice. Make a success of it or fold completely. I'm betting that they make a success of it. The upside is huge, especially with the power plant project. You're talking a Midas touch huge. What a great opportunity the Directors have and what a massive missed opportunity for them if they get it wrong. For us it's just a few squid lost but for them it will be in the millions. Whilst, punters go on endlessly about shares rather than salary. Well, it's all go and well if the company makes it. If the company fails then those shares a worthless no matter what the price is awarded. So, I'm now invested on here rather than trading. In truth it's all free shares for me that I'm holding after trading out losses and winning free float. Would have liked to get more down there but can't be to greedy... lol
@3.14,
Could be worse. You could have been holding SDRY, CNA, MTRO thinking it wasn't AIM and safe as houses and you'd be screaming blue bleeding murder.... lol
"The net proceeds of the Placing will be used to expand the existing mining operations at the Project, specifically the opening up of the northern mining area and to provide additional working capital primarily to allow the Project to increase plant throughput and generate additional sales of washed coal."
Notice the words: will be used.
This isn't "expect". It's very strongly emphasised as "will be used"
@larrygrayson,
So, you're still missing the boat...... never mind ... head bang lol
@aerial,
Couldn't agree more.
@aerial agree. I ought to stop head banging. lol
Best to let positive news going forwards bang heads instead.
Makes perfect sense to me. You've got this placing that saves the company and at the same time removes the sp distress state. However, the sp is nowhere near its pre-distressed valuation. Hence, dilution is largely priced in.
@dealer55,
Could be wrong and in most cases what you expect would occur. Nonetheless, this is about a placing that saves the company and puts it on a road to increase just about everything it's doing. So, will stick my neck out and bet for an increase in the sp with a successful placing.
@3.14,
I'm just reading this:
