Do you intend to kick the debt further down the road?? 5 weeks to our Ann results being reported, last wk of May last year!! 1) Secure a new funding path to satisfy current lender to have an exit. Inform shareholders of 2) Current WF injection, has injection been stopped and both wells? 3) what is happening at our Salen well. 4) Who is our Farm out partner! 5) is the still hope for a wider/expanded WF?

Rascal... End of yr results were published around 25-27th may of the top of my head last yr... Which was early..Rick had been publishing them in June previously. Either a deal is done with regards to Finance by 31st May, or wtfht??? Farm in...has it stated!? God help us if they go for a wider WF..as was the original plan... We pumped water for a yr, the stopped without an explanation....that does need explaining. I hope your right about a turn around

Of the 9 wells i have listed 5 have increase production since Dec 17, with the only real fall come from BC (WF) well. But it also shows a decline has been reversed. I still wonder if valves are being manipulated at the nodding donkey to adjust flow rates....POO on the rise may have an impact on flow rates (NO DATA TO REINFORCE THIS OPINION)

Well all, we have to assume WF is working!!! We were told that pressure was building up in the area!! We have not been told any different!!! We have noted from Cogcc that no injection has occurred at either well since Nov 30th 2017!!! So what's changed!!! Please tell us Rick, so we can sleep easy, whilst you count your crisp dollar bills each month since 30th November!!!

Pilot Project Update Nighthawk announces that it has signed an agreement with SNF FLOQUIP ("SNF") to engineer, manufacture, deliver, and install all of the water storage and polymer equipment necessary to implement the Pilot Project. The agreement calls for a monthly rental payment of $17,665, with an 84-month term. At the end of the term, the Company has the option to purchase the equipment for approximately $74,000.

So as the status of the well had changed from IJ to SI, no record was returned for my initial search as indicated. What will happen to BC well??

You just read my mind. I was in the process of searching that way. Yes, it returns a record for SB, but status has changed for Feb to SI. It has previously been IJ. So, I wonder is it being worked on, to become a producing well once more!! We need lots of clarification, as to what is happening to the company we have invested in. Rick is taking a wage every month, and shareholders are totally treated with total disregard/disrespect. Shameful, he needs to be replaced ASAP!!

I am not seeing S B 16-15 as an injection well. Via... Facility type - select - (well) Facility status -select - (injection) Operator - Nighthawk. Brings back 4 records, no SB

Cogcc has been updated with Feb Data. We had 20 wells return data, of those 14 were up from previous month bopd, some by quite a %%%....4 wells did NOT produce for full month. 5 were down slightly on bopd, whilst 1 did not show a return to production shows as SI that being Crested Butte. WF on a bopd basis was down from 281 to 278! There is no WATER data shown for any well. On checking Facilities, well, injection, i discovered that Snowbird has been removed from that record area, so no injection?? Also Blackcomb does not show any injection days for Feb, so are we to assume injection (WF) has stopped, as DEC, JAN & FEB record no water injection days whatsoever...needs clarification!!! Still nothing about our Salen well. Partridge....we do have sales in Gas...have you noticed this before, and/or have i been missing it in the past???

JC...has he been led up the garden path ..he has a huge loss atm on paper. Not on the board now, like us, he has no privilege to any information, as that would/could be misconstrued!! Has to wait for an RNS!???

We will have to wait for Cogcc data to see where production has improved. That will probably be next week. I had posted previously that I could only find 1 well that was not producing for the whole month, plus that data showed no days injection for both injection wells. Time will tell.
