Ginger..yes, exactly what JC had informed me, an $$$$ offer and a rights issue to raise for funds. Board ignoring JC offer...wanted JC to pay of bank directly!! Really not looking too good now, how the hell can the board get away with what they have done. Thirteen pence to where we are to day!! In three yrs!!!!!
