I think the news on both companies is great - just need to give TCF a bit of time - two big dates - June 3 and 11...

After some research I have bought in here - seems to be a lot of confidence and the £4.25m fund raise at ..25 is just too good any opportunity to turn down...

The company has set the scene for real growth - just need to see the numbers ....

Personally , I would like to see Wood get the finance they need and not accept the proposed offer - I think there will be greater value for shareholders but we will have to wait a little for this to happen...

83M SHARES purchase..... just under £50k - nice buy.....

Left just before 8am and picked the announcement after 9am - topped up but missed out on the sub fours... but I think in the next couple of days, weeks I won't be complaining about small differences in my top up price - just how many shares i have.....lol

Whilst I think Coolvibes might be a little over excited - I do agree that this is a very good announcement and I'd be surprised and disappointed if we don't do at least 100% - a couple of points from the announcement:

Trial production runs have been successfully completed and we are now commencing commercial production of DMS grade magnetite for our existing offtake agreement with Sable Platinum Pty Ltd.

· Initial output from the DMS plant has been analysed by an external laboratory and the results show that the magnetite product meets the required market specifications.

· A Heads of Agreement for a Joint Venture with Sable Platinum Pty Ltd., a subsidiary of Sable Exploration and Mining Ltd. (SEAM) has been concluded; final legal documentation is in progress and expected to be finalised in the next few weeks. Further details were notified by the Company on 6 March 2025.

· Offtake agreements for the DMS grade magnetite product are at an advanced stage, and we have potential to sell significant quantities into Mozambique, as well as locally in South Africa, where we are currently in the bidding process for a tender as previously communicated on February 12, 2025.

Not too sure about a boom - but with the right news - once released we could see a spectacular turn around in the sp but i certainly would not bet my last pound on this happening...

Happy to wait for news - I'm guessing if its good enough there will be time to buy in or even back in.....

A bit odd at .26 to sell and .259 to buy - whatever the reason it's a pretty tight spread - might be worth a small investment based on today's announcement as the company seem more than happy with the results.....

Thought about an early top up - being asked to pay 0.52p.... flaming cheek !!! lol
