Tried to buy this at 8am but HSBC would not let me.... seemed odd at the time , now its very annoying....arghhhh

Disposed of a subsidiary company which is no longer part of its business plan and pockets $30m.

Maybe the bid should go up not down.....

Earlier today I placed a cheeky order at 17.75p - just to bring my holding to a nice round number.......if fulfilled should / could double in four to eight weeks.... well that's the plan.

Nothing stopping other interested parties buying shares before the end of the month - what do they have to lose?

Buy shares on the cheap and sell to Sidara at 35p.

Buy shares on the cheap as a base for making a bid - take 5 to 10% now below 20p and pay a higher amount for the rest....

Shares will be suspended on May 1st unless the annual accounts are issued prior to this date..... suspension is a direct result of stock market rules regarding releasing annual accounts within 4 months of year end - why o why would trading be suspended prior to this?

The Independent has an article that BR are looking to acquire undervalued businesses in the UK - just a thought...

And we would be off and running - assuming of course its greater than 35p.

I still think another offer will be made and higher than 35p.

But that's my view - good luck all...

Its almost hard to believe we have our hands on the diamond parcel - happy to wait and see what our share of the gross value will be - I can certainly wait another four to eight weeks.....

I think the Sidara deal will go though but I'm not ruling out another late bid coming in - anyway buying in the low 20p range with a 35p offer on the table seems reasonable to me....

Tried to buy in first thing but HSBC would not give me a price.... pity the £500 gamble would have paid off...

How little they were able to raise is a little concerning.....and at such a discount

I will vote no to a 35p takeover - think I'd rather try and raise the funds myself......appoint a new board and see some real business growth with a good framework that allows the business to flourish....

Unfortunately, I may fall short ...wrt the necessary support needed....
