The closing price on 10 Feb 2021 (when BG took over managing the trust) was 339. The price now is about 211. That’s about a 38% drop in share price.

According to their website, they will be paid bi annually in arrears. First payment is due before the end of this month.

When are these due please?

You should have received about 6p for each of your Hurricane shares following the acquisition by PRAX. So 1600 shares should have given you about £96 I think? And, of course, you should now have 1600 DCUs as well. I’m not sure were the £2800 valuation is coming from.

I have been told by my ISA provider, that my PRAX DCUs will be transferred into my trading account. Any subsequent payments from these will then be paid into there as well. Have you heard otherwise or is this just your opinion? Thanks

I completely agree with you Kever. I’m not sure who is responsible for these **** ups. There is a part of me, however, that can’t help but chuckle that some people seem to be getting more than they’re due and the institutions insisting that it’s correct when clearly its not. What a shambles.

I’ve had the 6.02p payment into my ISA now, but can see no sign of any DCUs from PRAX. I was expecting to see something, even if the DCUs themselves have zero notional value. I’ve also checked my trading account but there is no sign of them. Shouldn’t we expect to see something in our accounts?

Not sure. I’m not even sure if we will see anything about DCUs in our trading accounts either until an actual deffered payment has been made. I believe these will be made every six months in arrears.

Yeh - mine too. I’m keeping a close eye on it. I expect the 6.02p a share to show up in the near future and my DCUs to appear in my separate trading account as I held my HUR shares in an ISA

I have no idea if there will be a public record of trades. Good point. If they can’t be easily valued then presumably they will be exempt from any capital gains tax if sold?

Yes, it will be interesting to see what value is given to the DCUs from the start and moving forward as and when any payments are made.

Senseman and others. Thankyou for your efforts yesterday and over the last couple of years. It’s very much appreciated. It’s a very sad end for this company and I feel for the many LTH who may have lost out big time. Hopefully they can pick themselves up and move on to better things.
