Leave that alone......ISA are tax free...so that was a good move to think about a share ISA. XTR is one I need to appraise for you, but its not something I want to rush into In case I get it wrong. Not bad at all..SOLG is my only concern. Me: RBS...EML....WTM..... are my core. Tomorrow I am topping up in RBS and EML, I have enough WTM to keep me going. Those first two are so run of the mill that anybody with their head screwed on will know are going to be winners. I have yet to reveal "the mystery share", thats only because I'm still working on the review of it. Just be patient now with what you are holding....but do look at SOLG with an analytical mind....dont get attached to it.....no sentiment in business

Lovely part of the world.....but what a target for nuclear strike. Even down to house purchase I took long term outlook and found a place, not surrounded by potential targets, took into account prevailing winds in respect of fallout, and placed myself upwind from the nearest one to me. Its amazing how many fallout bunkers HMG put up for sale when the cold war ended...and not bothered by noisy neighbours, well apart from the odd mole or rabbit trying to get through the concrete walls.

It was...bnelieve me!........Had a look at your suggetion for comms problem while I'm away.....DYOR....pays dividends. Found T-mobile have a broadband USB stickgives a 3.6 mbs cnnection, and toghether with a kickstart top up of £20..it totalled £40 in Currys ( Big plug here for Currys- looking for better discount next time I shop there) Anyway, got home, virtually self installs, and up and running on the T-Mobile network in jigtime. So as long as Ward Sister allows me my laptop toy to play games on it (No sister.....its just a laptop with games on it, wont interfere with the mobile phone you have in your pocket) I should be able to continue my research, investment plans, and of course a bit of banter after markets close. Now having to wait till Monday for assessor to come and inspect (at my request….cuts down paper and hassle). Tuesday going into hospital four a 4 day break from the wife and house. 3 days to stabilise me. 4th day for procedure. On a final note…did a day trade today on Aviva, having bought in at low point just before close on Thursday. Sold this am and cleared a couple of hundred while SP was at 258 – 259. Just checked SP at late 4ish…..could have made over £600 if I had held that bit longer…..still…it paid the plasterer. Hope to have a bit of banter later on WHY… Hope to see some of you here.

Friday….woke up in a blind panic……sugar…..I’m still holding INCH, and they are kicking off their RI today, with the RI price of 6p…….and you silly sod have not subscribed to the new issue….you are about to lose a lot of cash………arrrrrrrrrrrrr. Most relieved when I logged on and saw 17p………sold out while the adrenaline was pumping, and later kicked myself for having done so! Plasterer arrived and found fault in existing ceiling he was working on……gyproc sheeting was water damage and easily penetrated by sticking ones digit through it……..arrrrrrrrrrr! Don’t panic …think….ok…house insurance covers water damage….ceiling can be replaced. Insurance wont cover cause of water leak…..mmmmm…..Dolphin….they installed the wet room above the kitchen….work guaranteed for 5 years…phoned Dolphin. Dolphin bounce me about on the phone…and finish up in Warranty Claims of Dolphin (2007). Yes Mr. NKOTB……you would have been guaranteed cover………..BUT………..your guarantee died when Dolphin (pre 2007 went into administration)…..best I can offer you is look for a paddle…handy in the creek flowing through your home…….Byeeeee. One helluva week……house is falling down round about me and sharedealing went out the window………..lost the thread completely. Stand by for a fit of laughing. Sobered up after celebration on Friday night. Spent Saturday nursing the WORST hangover I have ever experienced, but it had to be one of my better weeks on the markets, so it was worthy of celebrating and paying the subsequent price. New trading week started on Monday….even yet, without referring to TDW account history, I have absolutely no idea of what I traded this week. Tuesday brought Virgin to the door and 10meg feed supplied to try and resolve the problem I was having with speed dropping to next to nothing. Haven’t run a speed test on the Virgin cable, but, it is so fast with no degradation of speed on Ethernet cable connection. Wednesday, wife freaked out at the amount of time I was spending at the keyboard , so it was TLC and l100% effort on my darling dearest of 45 years……had I tossed her off the balcony on our honeymoon, I would have been a free man 35 years ago. Thursday…started to clear holdings…even if at a loss, so TLC could continue, and supervision of plasterer and other trades who had descended upon me. Dearest one started going on a full makeover on other parts of the house, and has future plans for carpeting, decorating, and lighting arrangements.

GOOD MORNING Bitain Hope everybody finished up on top this week. Friday night was a bit quiet on the board, so couldnt have as much fun with the guys as we did the week before. Going into hospital this week, so I'm sure you'll all miss me. However!!....havent been sleeping over the weekend and been doing my homework. There ould be 1 or 2 little star performers coming out of the starting boxes.....so keep yours ears tuned in on Station Why for forthcoming updates.
