I went in for a day trade on a certain share........and would you believe......I'm still holding it............it could be one of my best mysteries so far.......LOL

Asking me about one of the best prospects after I dumped my large holding to get back at the wife.....No doubt I'll be begging TDW to get me best price on INCH on Monday.......what a plonker I am........as to SUMM.....never heard a thing about that one ASPER......need to have a look at it.....do you fancy it.....cos I just love a GOOD.........RI.....look what happened with XTA....everybody was diving out of it because its new kick off price was £2.10 in comparison to the current at that time of over a fiver........Look at it now....dilute me any time you want with shares like that one.

Friday….woke up in a blind panic……sugar…..I’m still holding INCH, and they are kicking off their RI today, with the RI price of 6p…….and you silly sod have not subscribed to the new issue….you are about to lose a lot of cash………arrrrrrrrrrrrr. Most relieved when I logged on and saw 17p………sold out while the adrenaline was pumping, and later kicked myself for having done so! Plasterer arrived and found fault in existing ceiling he was working on……gyproc sheeting was water damage and easily penetrated by sticking ones digit through it……..arrrrrrrrrrr!

Wednesday, wife freaked out at the amount of time I was spending at the keyboard , so it was TLC and l100% effort on my darling dearest of 45 years……had I tossed her off the balcony on our honeymoon, I would have been a free man 35 years ago. Thursday…started to clear holdings…even if at a loss, so TLC could continue, and supervision of plasterer and other trades who had descended upon me. Dearest one started going on a full makeover on other parts of the house, and has future plans for carpeting, decorating, and lighting arrangements.

One helluva week……house is falling down round about me and sharedealing went out the window………..lost the thread completely. Stand by for a fit of laughing. Sobered up after celebration on last Friday night. Spent Saturday nursing the WORST hangover I have ever experienced, but it had to be one of my better weeks on the markets, so it was worthy of celebrating and paying the subsequent price.

Havent been able to give this and my other holdings the attention they merit due to ongoing house works. Glad its Friday and the hair gets let down for the weekend. I tend to trawl through the boards when I have a quiet period in life. The engagement of the thought processes I find, are as beneficial as Yoga is to the body....that aside when I started in this, I was much like yourself, and sought advice as to how to build a portfolio, how to recognise when a particular company would be of benefit to me, and more often than not depended on luck. The whole purpose of investing ....oops sorry....SHE has just reminded me of the time.......Be on WHY board tonight and join in the laughs ....it helps to unwind after a strenuous cum hairy week...was really good last week....GL NKOTB
