GOOD EVENING BRITAIN20 May 2009 19:11
Just been contemplating my navel, the price of cheese, how fast grass grows on the RBS board and things in general.
Someone asked me today, "how do you think we would be if we had kept some of the stuff we had bought a few weeks ago", and that prompted me to have a look at my books.
24-Apr aviva 2000@ £2.39198 cost £4,817.83 sold 2000@ £2.52540 £5,040.85 Profit £223.02
work out the difference if I had held and sold at todays best bid price of 3.46 or even at close bid £3.4025.....that alone would have thrown me £1977.22
There is a moral to learn from......patience has its own reward.
Now whats next on the menu....smashing Monday morning with ACU ( and that particular story is not ended yet)
The other one was GCM....on Tuesday....which I had alerted you all to on the ACU board on Monday....made a great wee turn there too.
Friday is drawing closer and seems to be I pick up the scent of a goodie just before close on Fridays, so be ready to buy next Mondays hot spot (and dont worry about what the wise men say about it over the week end....or at least, take what stick they give with a pinch of salt).....looking for a hat trick !!!!.......
