Was in one of your neighbours....many many years ago.....Peignton...and brought a couple of the palms up here (optimistic outlook for a desert plant to survive Scottish winters).......which did however, not only survive but got to the flowering and fruiting stages a few years back....then a particularly hard winter killed the top growth.....but they came back again, and I expect to see flower and fruit this year again....unbelievable but true nonetheless

Went into EML....sat about for a bit...got impatient and pulled it....did that all of this week since Monday and blew 3 or 4 hundred quid jumping in and out of stuff......but week ended in profit....and got a dividend payment from a buy I had in PRU in April....so somebody is looking after me.....

Thats what I did exactly today with RBS....it had to come down to 40.076...( I think??) and even though it touched 40.09something...I said...no buy...it didnt meet the criteria....always next week...next month.....so I bought GGP instead.......hand me the gun.....

So is my grandsons.......LOL.....goes all the way back to 1833 that I know of....always find a right Charlie in my family somewhere.....

Honest assessment there Spac3y.....and I concur. Muchi...time to sit back and stop trying to make the fast buck. Let your picks mature and reap the benefits when they do......Mrs Muchi....you can still give him a good slap if you want to......then you have to give him a big cuddle to make up......LOL

Give him a good slapping and then you take over the picking of the shares....You seemed to do better on your first venture than Muchi boy did on the rest. Main thing is to have a reliable broker....who buys when you say buy...and sells when you say sell. I tried Hoodless...but their interface was a bit long winded for me. TDW....ok...sometimes they get overloaded with clients instructions....but mostly I am happy with the.

Money getting put into ologies.......as soon as its a science related subject.....too many variables......there are some charities for example that draw in millions.....hush....not going down that road. I just stay away from medicals....end of.......if its going to be of benefit to mankind...great....but I cant bring myself to gamble on pie in the sky stuff.
