Ben Richardson, CEO at SulNOx, confident they can cost-effectively decarbonise commercial shipping. Watch the video here.
Yes they know who they are, probably hiding under a rock, or peddling their crap somewhere else. Maybe others should be reminded of their tactics
My sentiment may differ from others,
well looking at these posts they most clearly do.
But ask yourself how did you end up here, what has changed?
Apart from covid and the way our economy has been run ragged. Nothing has changed.
If you can afford to hold on
Do it.
If not sell and get some sleep.
The uk is in a nosedive at the minute hold on If you can.
Only my opinion which i own
This stock is being massively manipulated in my opinion.
A shorters paradise.
The very weak bod should be addressing this ASAP unless they are compliant.
Stay strong all will come good.
My opinion only
Broomtree each to their own i agree with that.
For me i had written this off as a bad buy,but after the antics of the BOD and dodgy dealings i don't trust them one bit.
If they told me it was dark i would go outside and check.
I think there is more than meets the eye.
With some astute accountancy on in favour of the buyer, they may avoid paying anything in the future. Then again i do have a bitter taste from the last charade.
Good luck to you.I hope we all prosper what ever way we vote.
Well then broomtree, i did have two thoughts regarding the director purchase.I hope you are correct in you're assumption as that was what i was hoping for.
But with this company,as we all know too well, you dont know what crafty deeds they will reveal next.
Thanks fangs,
I was not sure if it had been covered but i had an idea it may have been.
I have been avoiding this BB of late as its been a little toxic.
So i must have mist it,and yes as i suspected it looks like tactics are at play.
Hope this works out in favour of all us long suffering share holders, some of us way under. Also the newbies, as we are all here for the same purpose after all.
To get the best deal possible.
May have been posted already,
But just noticed that phillip wolfe purchased UK£102,973 worth of shares on 25 april.
May only be peanuts to him,But he must be expecting some gain on his purchase.Unless of course they were part of a bonus award along with pay increase.
I had written hur off a while ago,so to get the initial payment is a bonus for me.The rest is a double whammy if it goes to plan.
Well i will be holding and take my chances.
Been here way too long to back out now.
If i get stung so do the big hitters who are in for the long haul.good enough for them then good enough for me.
I have Just sent list of questions to all concerned,I hope they sit up and take some notice.I fear though its another attempted stitch up.But at least it is well documented now and if need be, may help in any future claims if we are sold down the river.
Nice to see a little upward movement today.
Despite the strange ones gathering around and trying to spread doom. Not one of them hold shares here.So what are they here for ???
I Rest my case!.
Good luck all holders.
Ignore the strange ones they are not here to save you.But they will gain from you're loss.
121,000 no votes from me,
Only the first section of the thread was meant. My mistake. But as a template maybe worth using when in contact with the board etc.

08:38 evilblues: Good morning. I am a substantial share holder in hurricane energy and have some enquires I need fulfilling before I make my decision about voting for your proffered deal with Prax. Now is not the right time to push the board on why you failed to get a better offer for shareholders after 'multiple' interested parties, but what is very pressing is more clarity on the DCU's...What governance is/will be in place for DCU stakeholders once the company is taken private? Will individual stakeholders get the same treatment and transparency as Crystal Amber and Kerogen? Will individual stakeholders be privvy to company accounts? Will we be updated on company actions and direction? Will there be a spokesperson/role appointed as comms between stakeholders and prax? You have a legal and fiduciary duty to your existing shareholders as judge Zacaroli reminded you in July 2021, and it is with keen interest from myself, the press and many shareholders (both large and small) that I await to hear your response on the above. Your sincerely Ps Mr Maris, your congeniality during your web presentation yesterday was irksome to say the least after delivering such an overly convoluted and damp deal to your shareholders, whilst the company still belongs to us please could I suggest you treat us with a modicum of respect?

08:31 1nicko: Another long term holder, averaged down to .14 way under.HoweverI will hold on till the end.Not much difference now to the scam offer we will get.But who knows what the 11 hr might bring?

08:15 lovewinshatelosses: This company has maintained a consistently untrustworthy set of directors for years now. Got rid of one lot of...at best incompetents, to be replaced with another group of...at best incompetents. Wondering whether to simply dump the rump holding I kept, or to hold it long enough to vote on this, IMO, sham deal. Any LTH's still here?

08:13 evilblues: Exactly. CA obviously don't want to be aligned with hurricane in its current form and at face value seen to believe prax can do it better. Who can blame them. Anthony Maris and his bad gangsters will get their comeuppance though.

08:05 kooba: It is indeed a complicated deal..that currently appears to work better for the buyer than the seller!Much more detail on Prax intentions and commitment to build a major producer through Hurricane..if they do/can and add significantly to the well 6 output then the 17.5% carry could be fully worth the value they ascribe to it...but some detail on how they go about it would add some colour. They have built a management team to build this side..but this is their first major move. There are other small orphan assets in the North Sea that could be bundled in reducing risk and taking advantage of the tax position. So it could all be a smashing idea.
As another poster pointed out,This needs a once over by a corporate lawyer. Why havn't we seen the other so called lesser offers?? ,at least 5 i believe. This stinks.
Can these deferred considerations be “sold” or be treated preferentially for some holders?
I think you may have hit the nail on the head there.
After all CA wanted to sack the BOD and take future draw down payments if a suitable sale price was not met. What has changed their mind?
Sense.
Just emailed C.A.
Stating we were there for them in the past etc.And how i think they are in cahoots with the hur bod Also asked have they made their clients aware of what they are upto.
Not expecting much back though.
Any chance we could contact sharesoc for advice?
https://www.sharesoc.org/ and file our concerns before it is too late. This situation seems to be what they are used to dealing with. But maybe i am barking up the wrong tree. But there must be some sort of protection for us as a collective body.
Haggis
If it smells like a fish, looks like a fish bla bla,
Surely as we know the bod tried to stitch us up in the past. They are trying another avenue with C.A. onboard this time.Maybe the toothless fca can look into this as the bod are not looking after the share holders interests.Or that of the company.
