In my case as a director we pay ourselves £12500 salary and take the rest as divi and pay 7.5% tax except the first £2k, so I would be better off if any news for EUA is a divi so I just pay 7.5% .. but then I read you get a CGT allowance of £12k and I would pay 10% on the rest - I think I need to speak to an accountant if this is good news!

I was reading about Capital Gains Tax last night, the gov website says you get a £12k allowance, so that plus my losses on SXX should mean I don't get a massive tax bill
