If you have the funds you can just open an ISA add money to it and buy the same number of shares again, then sell your original ones straight away, I did this on Friday

One thing I’m never sure on with ISAs is it only tax free whilst it remains in the ISA, would you later have to pay CGT if you moved it to a non ISA account?

Tax free allowance is £12300 so you only pay if you go over that

I think you would but the amount depends on what you are earning as there is a threshold before you pay CGT and you can also offset any previous losses, there is a calculator on gov website

I've been quite negative about ICON recently and I wish someone had warned me off them a year ago when I bought £1k at 0.18p its now worth a grand total of £62, there is no point selling, I'm just hanging around on the off chance there is a bit of a rise to make a sell worthwhile. I know drampers can be really annoying, and there may be money to be made from this point forward, but anyone in this over the past few years is likely not to be ICONs biggest fan
