Every time we’ve had a big fall here (and there have been numerous) at some point it becomes clear why - always too late for us PIs unfortunately.

As an aside those like me who are maybe wondering why the board haven’t done the decent thing and communicated how this mess happened and how they are going to reverse things - those investor video updates/presentations that we got accustomed to when things were good have become a cost saving. In the grand scheme of director salaries, bonuses and new websites they have hidden behind cost saving as a reason not to even pre-record something.

That should provide some breathing space at least and hopefully a shareprice boost if some commentary is included either along the lines of reduced cash Jen or increased pipeline conversion.

Unfortunately I’m at 3.5p which I don’t think is anywhere near low enough.

Jumped in to reduce average at the 0.003 - 0.0004 as assumed it would bounce. Not committing any new funds here but will try and trade a lower average - the website launch and disappointing results have been two missed opportunities.

Like most I averaged down as it was the only way to stay in the game rather than take the massive hit. But at the moment even those 1p broker targets seem a long way off.

As usual a long awaited update leaves more questions unanswered than answered and we still don’t know how we ended up in this mess.

If there was any sort of interest in keeping shareholders updated they would should have done either a pre recorded or live video presentation that were the norm whilst things were going well.

How’s Ambry doing? Is their lab even up and running yet? What about the cross rolling if their products? What about all that capacity we have now and Hayden was busy filling?

Re Europe so we lost a big a client - someone in France I guess as I think that was our big piece of the EU. What about the Netherlands - NIPT now available for all pregnancies, how are we paced there?

So many questions and the crucial ones re funding and risk of further dilution we have no idea on except for the bit about the strategic investment not proceeding due to that reason. The Taiwan sale surely if it actually goes through will only give us maybe 4-5 months of cash?

Nothing new in this and no sign of that ‘Ranger Revolution’ but I guess it’s positive to see some promotion of the tech:

Well EKF have disposed of ADL so not sure where that leaves us - hopefully they are still offering IONA but clearly that particular US deal doesn’t look like it’s doing much.

Very quiet on the Ambry front as well - there was a flurry of NIPT promotion from them before Xmas but I haven’t seen anything for a while. Weren’t they meant to be up and running by about now with there lab coming online?

I’m sure there must be a regulation or something that explains it but can anyone tell me why we get an RNS to flag a new website but not for an IONAnx installation in Taiwan’s largest medical centre?

I’m personally beyond caring if it’s material or not I’d just like to see some positive RNS at some point.

Maybe we are shortly to see further dilution as a result of the strategic investment mentioned?

What advice would you give to a CEO/Founder who is leading a company through a sudden period of business growth?

There’s a tightrope to walk between investing for growth and being conservative. It’s a careful dance to make sure we take advantage of the opportunity to grow, but don’t overextend ourselves amid uncertain market conditions. My advice would be to plan and continue to look to the future growth strategy. Don’t get absorbed in today - true leaders are always planning for tomorrow.

Will it be as much as a non-event as the Ranger Revolution countdown? Most likely a new website or something like that.

Shareprice enhancing news of course would be welcome but history suggests not.

(And I don’t think if they are sitting on material news it is subject to countdown timers and would need to be released)

Doubt it - looks like we are back to radio silence.

I thought shareprice may have bounced back a bit stronger - the road back to anywhere near b/e for long terms holders is going to take a long time.

5 weeks until end-of-year so i wonder where on the scale of reduced targets we will fall.

Wasn’t the Ambry discussions re their cancer products due last October?

There was also something about a microdeletions plugin due by end of year which we’ve heard nothing about.

Where is the near term ranger contract mentioned prior to Christmas?

I guess the strategic investment may need a little renegotiation re the decimated shareprice.

As always let’s hope that something positive gets announced but unless it’s something spectacular it’s a long/hard road up with the volume of shares in circulation now.

Good job that this has only come to light as undoubtedly I would have bought more at whatever the price was in October.

However, if they are not announcing things like this I think we’d all like to know why as it’s not an insignificant contract value.

Some new vacancies posted today including two covid roles for our mobile testing unit in Watford - didn’t know we had such a thing and I didn’t realise the demand was there for PCR now.

Well it looks like those Ravgen patents 277 and 720 expire next March and from what I can understand they are only seeking damages rather than ongoing royalties from Labcorp etc.

The dispute still strengthens the case for using Ranger and IONA but not as much I guess if the patents had longer to expire.
