Fag packet calculations......during testing roughly 215 bopd......probably with different chokes different pump strokes....to work out optimal flow....so I would assume that the final results would be higher than the average test results when the fine tuning has been worked out.....so I am assuming(hoping)....portland will be a min of 215 bopd..... Will that be commercial?

Heid....Hope you and the family are well including Barney.....I know these things take time...but the longer it takes the more the sp drifts.... Then if we get the good news we are anticipating we might be lucky to get back where we were weeks ago....then the day traders come in to play....and it is back to square one....i could be wrong but if memory serves me right SS said at the agm each layer ewt would be reported individually..... This might still happen.... But the longer it takes the less effect good news will have on the sp....Hope we get an RNS before the sp slips to far on no news...ATB

Would UKOG have made the recent purchases without the portland being commercial? I don't think so.......so why do we get no update and have to wach sp slowly drifting down?

Cperkin.....agree completely but if SS doesn't release news soon and the sp keeps drifting slightly south,we will have lost more than we might hope to gain,on the portland alone?

Share ramping and 'pumping and dumping' routinely takes place each day on the hundreds of online share-dealing message boards what's the problem if the share price is going up? Surely the buyers will benefit and make money? That's often not the case as the shares tipped are typically small penny shares the buying artificially inflates a company's share price, the tipster will sell the stock quickly once they are in profit. When the buying has subsided, the price often rapidly falls, leaving those new investors with shares they can't get rid of without incurring a loss.

Loz786....have read all that and totally agree the future looks bright.......but why doesn't the market reflect this in the sp? Even if it went sideways and held for a day would give me more confidence....

What's next here ?

The longer we go without news the more the sp slides.....then we get some good news and it is an uphill struggle to get some momentum in the sp.....
