Today you suggests previous leaks regarding information to do with RRR.

No-one truly knows the specific motivations of why other people buy and sell shares - the reasoning for why they prefer one decision over another.

As I have said Banbury, you repeatedly claim to knowledge that you do not have and that leaks in to some of your posts.

That was to settle a legal dispute between the two companies and on the surface it looks very fair to me, Endeavour Mining will be paid 60% of what they felt was outstanding from Lilium Mining and will enjoy a 3% royalty from the nationalised company that.will run it, clearly Lilium owed Endeavour some money but were claiming the sold assets had been over-valued, the Burkina Faso Government settled instead of Lilium Mining but took the asset. The dispute involved arbitration in London and notably Endeavour Mining thanked the Burkina Faso Government for helping to resolve the situation.

With your other comments Banbury, it seems that your hope is towards the negative for RRR and your offered interpretations by way of comment - are exaggerated reactions, which also claim a knowledge, that you do not have.

We know from the 11/12/24 RNS that the export costs for 200 tonnes of lithium have been fully paid for, regarding the upfront cash aspect from the investor and the settlement in shares, it is worth reading the RNS, we don't know all the aspects of how input for the lithium projecg is spit between specific investor(s) and RRR. Specinvestor99, I don't know with regard to your question, you could always try contacting the company and whether they answer your question or just answer you by way of reply but not specific to the question, I still think they would be more intersting than me.

Wasn't a video will look at that later, not sure if it was to do with Fortescue or not, haven't time to check, it was 29/08/24 post - 19:44, I think was the time - Chris Ellinson, all approximations there re. spelling and time, no time to check back and I just read the intro. of that one but to me, it implied stockpile option - a consideration for some companies re. lithium.

Well there is something more I'm going to defend them on, as per 11/12/23 RNS, it was the export costs for the first, 200 tonnes of lithium that was paid for by the investor in cash and by RRR in the issue of shares to that investor. That is not the same as a sale process concluding or customer(s) paying for product received - in my opinion, it is just the export cost, to my mind it is like paying for a pair of trainers from another country and only the shipping costs have been paid, not the cost of the product, that is how I read it - from the RNS - it is not possible to correctly conclude the cost of the product has been paid for, not based on what was communicated in writing.

I think the twitter message and reply via the link Helpful posted at 20:14, on 31/08/24 suggest some companies may be looking to stockpile lithium during this phase.

Helpful, correct me if I'm wrong because I only watched the start of it but there was a twitter video link you put up and I think it was the boss of Fortescue discussing lithium and the comments implied to me that some companies might choose to stockpile it for the time being.

What will be, will be - don't know what will be but do know that a stated intention is not the same as a promise from one, to others - so to whatever that refers - that had not been promised.

Looking back to the RNS of 16/08/24 12:17, Specinvestor99, I would say there has been no operational update.

I can see now after a bit of reading on the Internet that a financial update would not generally involve a financial plan, a few people have questioned the cash position and at at least a couple were saying there hadn't been a financial update, I thought the satisfactaction of such details seemed like they wanted some sort of financial plan but appreciate now that that wouldn't normally be part of financial uppdate which might be more commonly about expenditure and performance.

23/08/24 and 27/08/24, we had update relating to CLNs, issue of shares, interest payment- how that was being taken - I still regard that a type of financial update which was perhaps regarded as pending "in the coming days" on the 16/08/24 12:17 RNS - I am reminded - having recently re-read it - that it was also referencing developments - the question for me that remains is: does the updating so far - pertaining to financial matters - cover development aspects? - semantically it possibly does, some people may want more and it is possible that there will be more updating in the future.

I look forward to future developments, in the hope they will be overall positive.

I though we had a financial update, a financial update doesn't have to be a publicised in depth financial plan or even a summarised plan, we've had an update relating to financial matters and it was "within the coming days" and was itself imminently updated on 27/08/24 with a correction.

Perhaps a smoother process than we would have had with our disposed Noth Sea Asset where the regional politics looks to be a bit choppy.

Seems like we should be thankful for good management strategy and strategic investment.

When the relevant production restarts which is supposed to be final quarter this year - El Limon - RRR should have exposure through the subsequent royalty payments - in the case of ongoing production.
