Frococ summit... China, Africa Cooperation ends tomorrow 06/09/24. In the last stockbox interview Bell said he had been meeting the chief of staff and said he expected to go tho the Palace where everyone gets together.

I don't think he went earlier than necessary to play computer games or check luggage flow so I presume there was some purpose to time of travel though appreciate he may have been slowed down waiting for his luggage and nothing wrong with having some rest as well as the important work.

Uranium is in play but different asset. Let's hope there is good use of energy and nous to renew RRR.

News you asked Tier 1 and having read your previous posts and with limited knowledge I was replying via regional jurisdiction but - non chrztallised assets. If the main context of Tier 1 is "company making asset" time will tell and I make no predictions. GMET is further along with tungsten that is its statergy, I think its' mineral exposure to gold is interesting.

GMET spun out of POW before First Develolment Resources, that was the intention last relevant update I heard is work continues with FDR it hasn't listed yet - if that remains the intention. It all costs money and POW will prioritise and as they see fit, they also have exposure to gold through Tait Hill where bonanza grade was reported though notably this on a smaller land mass scale than RRAL and they also have exposure to gold through their holding in First Class Metals, potentially they have other exposure as POW also has capacity to make specific investments via a subsidiary fund component if the portfolio relevant to the junior mining sector, though I am referring to the status of the companyvtwo or three years ago.

It remains the case that jt is in the interest of POW and RRR to progress NBGC.

GMET at some point renamed themselves from Golden Metal Resources to Gurdian Metal Resouces, I presume this was to highlight the company's strategic focus on the critical mineral: tungsten, the company website shows the company has multiple assets and without loosing it's sense if priority does have some variety to its' news feed.

I appreciate that there has been some digressingvrelsting to discussion but as I said before POW is a respected junior company within the sector, they were prepared to do a deal with RRR and that completed, it will be interesting to see if there is further progress for RRAL.

News, this is the expert intro. / brief summary Wallal Gold interest Patterson region, part of First Development Resources - majority owned by POW, I have seen a couple of separate YouTube videos with Johnson and he thinks the Patterson Gold interest could be similar to Greatland Gold's Haveiron asset but still a long... way to go on that / work to be done etc... back to the expert video the asset is a little bit deeper than the Greatland Gold discovery. I am paraphrasing but think it is a fair recollection from memory:

I would say the website of POW is a focused summary but it is a large portfolio with a bit more to it and including YouTube presentations if someone does enough research from the time of Johnson and thus will include one short presentation and a brief expert presentation, my point will be supported but I don't have all details to hand, cannot remember all names of assets and don't follow POW as closely as RRR.

GMET has a portfolio of assets in it's own right and it as such has exposure to both gold and silver, tungsten - Pilot Hill is its primary focus.

POW still has a significant holding in GMET and thereby exposure, it aso has other gold exposure through investment and it has its own directly retained gold assets, it is not as focused on gold as RRR but I think it will also be quite focused on RRAL developments.

Both RRR and POW were agreed that the best way to chrztallise value for RRAL was for one of them to buy out the remainder of the asset, POW will be made fully aware of what is going on with RRAL and do have a couple of options - neither of which are detrimental to RRR, it is possible there are other options as well which might not be good for RRR - but such negative may not be directly balanced by positive for POW.

I think POW will want RRR to achieve a good outcome with RRAL as that is good for both companies, they will in general be wishing RRR well - as both Wade and Johnson have said, that will be genuine sentiment but such positive if achieved would also be beneficial to both companies.

The last paragraph, IFK, of that article for which you posted the link at 12:26, refers to carbon capture after production ends, perhaps that is influencing the investment decision?

I will add that a rights issue, as with a placing, could be quite strongly positive positive to an investor e.g. if it was also to help a company sensibly expand perhaps with an acquisition - I am not specifically thinking of RRR... the investor might agree with the strategy.

News, both a placing and a rights issue are similar but a placing doesn't have to be made available to all existing shareholders and it could involve new investors, a rights issue can only be made available to existing shareholders.

Above refers to the concept of placing of new shares - available to a group of investors. I am assuming when new shares are issued in relation to a convertible loan note, although dilutory, it is part of an individual transaction between perhaps this company and an individual, the above definition of placing suggests a distinction requiring the offer of a placing to be towards multiple people. A convertible loan note with an option to take shares might have a significant time gap before such option actioned: the conversion and the issued shares - the dilution could be less immininent.
