I can’t see West Newton costs coming from dilution. We have one 6th of the costs to find and 10 million in the bank that’s 60 million to get started should drill a couple of holes.

In another investment they RNS everyday following the day of buying back the shares. I would therefore guess if UJO have bought any shares today we will have an RNS in the morning.

Lets hope we have news of the appeal soon, although this will push the SP higher making the buyback more expensive.
