@Sunlit The fact they wish to meet shareholders that supported them speaks volumes given the lack of tangible news we have been fed over the last year. If anyone meets with them please pass on my thanks and regards as it would have been far easier to just walk away rather than try to bring value back to this. For bringing hope and a sensible no nonsense plan they have my thanks.

@reggie72 Agreed mate, I've been in and out of this for over 10 years and there are some totally misleading and pointless posts creeping in from names I've not seen since this last week. I myself sat on the sidelines watching and keeping quiet until last year when it was obvious the direction and share price was being guided to benefit the few at the expense of the rest of us. If you are new to ANR please read all the history before posting rubbish and misinformation.

It's no wonder Investorworld has vanished, he's no doubt too busy sobbing over all those shares he said he would gladly have bought after the consolidation! He must own the major shareholding now! Yeah right.

Best news I've had so far this year. Just a shame he hadn't done the honourable thing before the consolidation happened, better still just not bothered at all. Hopefully all the nonsense about pyrolysis will disappear and assuming we don't delist we can try and at least claw back so money.

Don't forget Lythe has also sold the majority of his shares the day before the RNS which dropped us to this level. I can't believe he's still drawing a wage, the man has more neck than a giraffe! He's definitely out on a limb if he loses his two mates at the AGM, surely he has to resign in those circumstances?

Thanks for the clarification Sunlit, makes sense as I couldn't find any info on it. I'm feeling a bit more optimistic now the vote to remove our Chinese friends has been a smack in the face for these low life leeches. In addition hopefully, as already stated elsewhere in here, Mr Lyth can now see his position is untenable and will resign and Hogan and Zorbas move on after failing in what I saw as a self serving takeover at the expense of decent investors that are happy to build a business and hopefully make an honest buck by doing so.

Well with the fact my holding is virtually worthless now I'm happy to take a further hit to get these parasites out of here in the hope it can still be turned around to something worthwhile.

Totally agree, talk is cheap. Anyone could sit here and claim to have the answer to global warming, poverty, the world's energy needs etc. None of it holds water without direct proof, not one shred of evidence has been given for anything, all they've given is lies or failed promises at best. They need to stop talking and give us hard tangible evidence and reasons for trying to get rid of the two Chinese directors, if they can't do that then it's all one huge con. So where is the hard evidence to back anything this board claim? I'm all ears and waiting Mr Lyth.

They are hopefully very worried about the vote going against them to remove the two Chinese directors. So much so that they have once again tried to provide a smoke screen by way of the AGM vote. Vote to keep the two Chinese directors on board if you would like to at least prevent total control by this bunch of cowboys and have a chance of a decent direction for Altona IMHO.

Whilst I love your optimism I fail to see how NL can turn this around now given the cronies he has on board and the fact he's failed for every minute of every day he's been here. Let's face it the whole pyrolysis shift is to feed their lifestyles at our cost. Pyrolysis is old technology and there are better technologies already out there and already working, this lot have nothing as far as I can see. IMHO our best direction is with the coal, that has a market still and doesn't involve smoke and mirror deals with certain parties.

As a Chartered Engineer the Chinese get my vote for a potentially far more lucrative and technically better proposal over the backstabbing cowboys blowing hot air over a technology that has been around for years and have plants doing similar work all over the globe.
Face it people pyrolysis is not new and as far as I can see it's all fairy stories as far as this lot are concerned, not one bit of evidence suggests they actually have anything and not one of them has any experience of it. The competition have plants all over the world including the UK, check out ReNewELP, not exactly the same process but the same outcome on Teeside.

I'd be inclined to question the move to pyrolysis given the fact we have had little to no information. I'd also question the entire "new technology" aspect they have been feeding us regarding pyrolysis, it's not new, it's certainly not exclusive. As I keep saying the entire direction NL and his cronies are heading in stinks to me.

Not only that but have a look through LinkedIn, hardly any information or history on any of the Leinad team members. Is it a real company? Do they have anything, formal contracts, assets etc.? If so can they prove it? Also strange that the website has just gone live (with the omission of LH) just after the challenge to the Chinese directors. All smells very dodgy to me.

Won't let this fail? Wrong tense it's failed on every level for the entire time this bunch of parasites have had their noses in the trough. I really can't believe people still believe the cr@p they are spouting to keep themselves well fed. I've been out of work for the last three months but would rather lose my stake here than see this bunch get totally unchallenged control. No I can't afford to lose my cash even though it's not a huge sum but I'm prepared to if it means stopping them taking total control. To sum up the last year: Share Value - Drop of over 85% Coal - No progress at all and now forgotten. Pyrolysis - Jollies all over the globe with not one positive word, all we have (apparently) is an MOU linked to a company that has just released a website and actually has nothing as it stands other than a bunch of shady characters and a link to LH. Consolidation - with over a 60% fall in share value as it stands. Company name change - Thankfully a totally embarrassing failure. Only tried to hide the total failure. Move to remove Chinese Directors - Why? So much for transparency! Information - None worth the paper it's written on. Website - Misleading and totally out of date. I could go on but can anyone give me one positive?
