Now worth less than pre pandemic, no surprise really as they produced nothing then and still don't. I reckon the defence for Georgia, should this end up in court (not likely imho), will wipe the floor with them based on that one fact alone.

Following on from the tax appeal, don't forget the money Land Ocean never paid STA (over $1.25m!). I doubt they'll ever see it now as this was the last RNS approved by Mr Gu on the subject back in July 2020:

("LandOcean") pursuant to the sale of Range Resources Trinidad Limited. The total outstanding amount that remains due to the Company from LandOcean is approximately US$1,251,611. The Company continues its discussions with LandOcean to expedite the payment of the outstanding amount and will provide an update on any further developments.

This announcement has been approved by Chairman Kerry Gu on behalf of the Company.
