Has anyone ever questioned why someone who apparently has so many qualifications in law would be acting as CEO of a zero income Shell company and take no salary when law is a very lucrative business?

What a load of tosh in today's RNS. Basically they have not impacted the environment mainly due to the fact they have done nothing for another year. They have basically sold 4 rigs for what amounts to scrap value and are totally screwed if Landocean don't pay up.

That would dilute the SP not that any of the BOD seem to deserve a single share, all they have achieved is lining their own pockets at the expense of shareholders.
This is a dead cash cow imho.

It's blatantly obvious they have been bleeding it dry since they first started on the BOD.
Still no business or income, they should be investigated. Just reading through their RNS's will give you enough evidence they have done nothing but filter money out.

Seems the market is reacting to the BOD surviving by the skin of their teeth, the only issue now is offloading shares as surely there is no one stupid enough to buy into this none entity ahead of the next set of results when they have no choice but to admit they have no income or funds left in the bank? All IMHO.

Yup this BOD seem to think they can run a business on litigation via no win no fee, they have no other vested interest in any business.
Read through every RNS they have released then advise me of one that is positive, tangible and adds value for shareholders.
Can't find one? Thought not.

Voting with this bunch of clowns has cost people money and lined their pockets.
They have achieved nothing other than dilution for investors.
Vote Against the BOD, it's not like you have anything left to lose and I hardly think anyone will ever recover their loses. I've said it before and I'll keep on saying it, not a single RNS that has been factual and provided a positive outcome, they have no cash coming in, think they can take on entire counties using no win no fee and can't sell their remaining assets.

CFQ the entire thing has been a scam for years.
As others have said this needs investigating imho as it's been obvious for years this has been used as a gravy train at the expense of shareholders.

Well over a month since the BOD supposedly received offers on the rust bucket rigs they were pondering over, still no update and no mention of who the offer came from or indeed at what price point!
Not long now until all those free BOD shares will have no doubt been offloaded.
Now I'm not a betting man but it ties in nicely with how long their final $1.4m will last.

The end has been nigh for too long, this BOD have added no value since the last lot fleeced investors.
This bucket has more hole than bucket!

Over 2 weeks of constant sells without a single buy. No surprise its dropped again.

Very interesting and sounding like more smoke and mirrors. Makes sense though and leaves you with the question, is there any case at all or just more bluff and bluster while the washing machine is on it's final cycle?
I know what I think based upon the evidence to date but will leave it upto others to form their own opinions.

Btw ManosOT I'd guess the red oxide would be worth more than the rigs now, not even Shepherds would be interested as you can't scrap iron oxide ;=)

Anyone would have thought any swing traders on min wage would be all over these given the % drop!
