So lets sum this up. This bunch of jokers seem to have ditched the known Australian coal reserve in favour of pyrolysis and all they claim to have is an MOU to use this in Australia and China with company with no information. Can someone please explain to me what they have in Australia without the coal to put through the process or any other known supply of waste to ise as fuel? In addition can anyone explain how they are expecting to make in roads with China without in country help if they ditch the Chinese directors? At present it looks to me like something Grim would write.

In my view it's been consolidated to allow further shorting whilst certain parties got in at a ridiculously low level so ensuring their initial investment would not suffer whilst making money on the way down. This needs to be investigated.

Not sure how anyone else thinks but this looks to have been manipulated for the few at the expense of genuine investors. From the placing selling off a huge chunk to Hogan and Zorbas, no doubt shorting while manipulating the share price for the few, the pathetic consolidation, the failed name change, the pyrolysis slight of hand, dropping the coal out of the equation, the attempt to take full control of the board and a total lack of any information. All my own view but tell me I'm wrong Mr Lyth?

Could it be he's hiding due to him having failed on the coal, no pyrolysis contract, jet lag from the jollies, shafting PI's, the company he keeps and now stabbing his own board members in the back? If that was my position I'd hide too. Can anyone name one positive in this car crash?

Couldn't agree more. Share price in freefall, no coal, pyrolysis with no binding contract and worse still no information. Pathetic and unbackable, I feel our best chance is still in the coal and there's a demand for it in China so my vote is with them not this shower of freeloading con artists.

The very fact they have given no information or a reason for this action suggests to me it is purely driven to benefit themselves. They have destroyed this company, in the process taking food from all of our mouths. Look back over the last year, they have not given one RNS or other information with any real information. All excuses and rubbish. Couple that with the last two board appointments who bring nothing to the party. Its all smoke and mirrors, my trust is on the side of our Chinese friends.

Totally agree. Self serving backstabbing bottom feeders, let's try and turn the tables and get them out instead. They have driven the share price to an all time low by a long way in less than a year. Do the honourable thing for once, get your noses out of the trough and resign! I shall not be voting in favour of this, I would however vote for it if rewritten with the perpetrators names on it. As a Chartered Engineer I'd say Pyrolisis is a fairly straightforward process but no doubt beyond this lot. As for our latest addition, I agree he has a string of huge failures behind him. I'm not at all confident in seeing me get my hard earned cash back let alone make a profit after the consolidation con and now this appointment. Bunch of useless chancers the lot of them.
