Have to be honest, the recent funding events are quite complex and out of my area notwithstanding that it, for me anyway, is clear when the carpet bag is nearly empty and the larder (that's you) needs to be raided.

So, going forwards what are the options? New prospectus? Bonds? CLN's? Btw we made it onto the sceptic of sceptics site again with the last placing/loan.

I shall refrain from speculating on the next cash call until I have spoken with some experts and gathered a better understanding of these matters. In fact I think GRH should write a short article for us, on here...

Here are three ideas for some on here who are 'invested' in one company only. Firstly try a trading/investing simulator. Secondly avoid committing capital based on the opinions and frankly outlandish share predictions of BB gurus.

Thirdly, most importantly study companies from inception to extermination and I mean read everything, RNS, presentations, half and full year results (reality).

What are the options here re fundraising if MOU-3 is a duster?

In terms of their offer to private investors on a non advised basis the company looks fairly standard, I doubt they would turn anyone away unless a compliance issue existed, they might even deal with certain serial 'I'm a cabbage for PG serial rampers' joke.

As for being a corporate broker I have to defer to the city suit clones, not within my experience.

Agree but overall the Irish Sea is 30% more energy generative than the North Sea per standard WTG if you will. Do you think that green offshore Hydrogen produced during times of low demand will integrate with the whole energy equation as an energy vector? It would be a huge challenge to modify Ballylumford to burn a richer H2/CH4 mix due Hydrogen embrittlement etc but no cryogenic issues are to be expected. An expensive but feasible scenario.
