Dai I agree, but the hypocrisy of government policy re net zero and the now building case law outcomes based on that should be a warning to those of us who believe in energy independence and are sceptical about CO2 scare stories.

Yes of course local production can have a low Carbon footprint but when it is burnt or used in the petrochemical industry the footprint is...identical!

What meant to add is that the population emergency becomes the end game when plants fail to thrive due low CO2 and those countries which used to export food have to save their own inflated population.
