A dilemma Findme, there have been many times over the decades that I have been enormously grateful that the RNLI were on call. Never had to send a flare up or make an emerg call though.

Re the channel I know the coast very well, mostly Hythe up to Folkestone. The terrain is perfect for observation and it would be very easy to round them up if the RNLI/Border FARCE missed them.

It's a matter for the state though and until we can scrape the ECHR off our boots we are quagmired.

Risk/Reward extreme for the next three or four weeks. I've always been honest and 83.3% correct re funding and the same applies here. There is no logic in deprecating the potential wealth of this well at this price point.

Can't find it Bold. The original Scorpion ITR from Jan24 is available but it assumed that successful appraisal ops would be completed during 2024. The multi Tcf prospective resource is apparently from a Scorpion update in Aug24.

No worries diss, I find PG err interesting and other AIM or in this case 'AIM like' company directors. A few are very very good operators and genuinely down to earth and honest, Tim Bushel from the FOGL days springs to mind. Most are just average or worse tbh.

The best way to study these outfits imo is to look st them through the money lens and not get distracted by promises of cash flow, colossal discoveries etc etc. 'Debt free' is the biggest load of tosh, most of these outfits have zero or microscopic collateral to lend off.

Good prospect for a punt though.

Agree John, he has an odd aversion to 3D seismic as well. In the success case at Titanopuntus decent seismic would multiply the chance of success in follow on appraisal wells. In fact greatly improve the gcos of the Titan itself.

He's a bit fatiguing to follow which is why I try not to listen to him.

Well, now the situation looks more straightforwards than it has been lately.

'Fully funded to satisfy all commitments for the next twelve months' as of if I remember 30-06-24. Then a private placing took place in 11/24, money all allocated apart from contingent testing of the titanopunt.

4.3 mil stg 06/24

2.0 mil raised 11/24

minus the usual, say 1.5 mil by 02/25

It makes no sense for the company to risk failure at titanobetfred and then place at 'x' sp. Logical to place before spud. Let's see how he plays it.

Must be a good punt now? EG farm out probable, Ireland farm in to the FEL possible. Cloughton? somewhat possible but a lot of raving watermelons, Trots and frankly ill people to wade through.

He needs to make a decision and fairly promptly, 3 mil in dollars would be a sensible estimate for the big upcoming well given the established history of difficulties, imperative to have a couple of mil free cash at least in the bank post P&A or suspended for testing.

There was a lot of waffling about the chance of success but worth listening to alongside the report.

The well is definitely interesting, I'll give that. Nuts to flare watching though, total waste of time.
