The fundamentals are very good at S4 Capital IMO. Anyone buying in at these prices over the next say 1-3 years should reap the rewards. Should be trading over 300p by now, even with expected slowdown in growth S4 will still outperform the advertising market.

Forecast average growth for the advertising industry this year is +6.1% S4 capital +12.5% WPP -2.5%.

S4 Capital NAV is 148p per share.

Amazed, just got filled on similar amounts to yesterday down at 109 in #SFOR. Probably too overweight but Trading cheaper metrics that the conventional incumbents. Delighted to have so many down here. Think significant uplift scope from these levels #S4Capital

Only a week ago SMS presented S4's AGM, and all things considered look well enough. Shame that Jemgeee didn't know that.

Large buy trade just gone through for 222,884 shares price paid @113.6272p.

Buy volume 1,466.936........ Sell volume 525.549. Share price up 0.30p.

Ridiculous share price move considering volume.

Last year 2022 Net Debt increased from £18m to £110.2m with M&A accounting for £162.6m.

This year 2023 Net Debt will increase to around £190m with M&A accounting for £102m.

2023 losses are expected to reduce from -£159.634m to -£36.733m.

By YE 2023 all M&A will be fully paid, its not hard to see what's going to happen to the bottom line from 2024 onwards.

2024 £58.9m.......... £111.0m

2025 £82.967m........ £15.6m

I'm sure that management will be thinking the same, start it now. They should consider buying in low amounts of shares and reverse this algo short trading effect. Take today, there are 1,082m buy volume against 468k sell volume, yet the share price is down 6.5%. Too many small sell trades verses some large buy trades. It would seem that it's based on the amount of trades, not the amount of shares that's moving the share price.

Phrontist, I think that you may well be right mate.

At some point this will turn. As SMS said at the AGM good companies always win through in the end. Keep producing the financial results and S4 will be a winner.

I feel that the big turning point will be next year when S4 are expected to report its first profit, & falling debt.

SMS announced at the AGM that in the second half of the year there will be a 6 million share buy back.

I would be in favour if S4 management was to use all of next years expected profit £58.9m towards a massive share buy back. Let's get this share price back to where it should be trading, and shake off all these rogue shorters. SMS did say last week at the AGM that if they decide that this is the best way of using the money in future to buy back shares then that is what they will do.

How can the market knock 6.1% off the share price based on no company news and based on the amount of buy volume against sell volume. Its a corrupt world.

The best thing that S4 Capital investors can do is come back in 12 months time and re asses. Shame that I can't practice what I preach.

Fundamentals are very good for S4 IMO, I will keep the faith, I won't be selling out on the cheap, in fact I will be taking advantage of the crazy share price and loading up. From next year guys S4 will start make a profit.
