S4Capital plc (SFOR.L), the tech-led, new age, new era digital advertising, marketing and technology services company, will announce its Q3 trading update on Thursday 6th November 2025.

"The solution is for 'Sir' to publicly cancel his golden share, removing any special controls he possess against competitive takeover bidders from taking over 100% control."

I strongly disagree, if SMS was to cancel his golden share vultures would pick S4 Capital up for a pittance, a fraction of its true asset value. SMS is no fool, he's protecting his interests, as well as every S4 shareholder. Patience is needed, S4 is paying down debt, slowly turning things around with new account wins. I still believe that the patient S4 investor will be rewarded. JMHO.

I noticed on the latest analysts earnings forecast 6 Oct that S4 received its first monthly upgrades for YE results 2025, 2026 & 2027, only a slight increase, but I will take that, its the first upgrade in over a year. Fingers crossed.

Last year Q3 results was announced on 7/11/2024.

I'm hopeful about Q3 after Wes & Victor buying in. Why have they decided to buy now, instead of after Q3 results announced. Time will tell.

GoCPI, I aslo noticed that today, every attempt to take the share price back below 25p, buyers step in. Long may it continue. You do know that the closing UT will be on the sell side? 9/10 it usually is.

To acquire a million shares it took Wes & Victor three days. A short squeeze would be most welcome.

Wes & Victor will have a very good idea of Q3 results that ended end of Sept, released around 27th Oct. Dare I say it, I think we are past the worst.

Yesimabeliever, I enclose link below, a very good podcast interview (August 2024) with SMS who is asked his opinion regarding S4 Capital's valuation. SMS replied between 10X & 20X IBITDA minus debt.
