Here is a post from a few years ago re our iron ore....

'We have all put the iron ore deposit to the back of our minds because of the falling iron ore price and the quality of our vanadium platform. But when the iron ore price is low, it makes a low cost resource like BMN's all the more valuable.

The Company has confirmed that we have very attractive operating costs of around $6 per tonne when adjusted for titanium and vanadium credits. This is incredibly low opex!

Iron Ore NPV is $190m for just 9.2% of the resource (64% owned). Payback is only 2 years!

This zone also has the Phosphate Jorc of around 442Mt. The phosphate resource within the hanging wall strip carries zero mining cost. The NPV of this Phosphate zone alone should be substantial.

Currently 442Mt of phosphate at 3.6%, recoveries at greater than 50%, price $115 per tonne.
This gives revenues of around $915m - just the phosphate!

The P-Q zone also has great Titanium grades making it very desirable,

The Company also has exposure to titanium through the P-Q Project, which hosts some of the WORLD’S BEST titanium-in magnetite grades (~20% TiO2).'

Surely this resource has some serious value! :)

We could sell the P-Q iron deposit at a paltry 50cents per contained tonne and it would generate $100 million.
I seem to recall that $100m was the amount required to increase production at Vametco to 10,000 tonnes pa.

That would be a nice! :)

Dagnamit, we currently have 939Mt of iron ore at around 33.5% Fe at our P-Q deposit.
We own 64% of this figure.

So multiply that by the current price and its a lot! :)

Q3 production report showing higher FeV prices and production increasing after phase 2 completion, due around the end of October. The acquisition of the Sojitz minority holding in Vametco increasing our share to 70%/74%. Mokopane mining licence. Mokopane news of early revenue generation. Brits vanadium drilling news, very high grades expected, thereby reducing Vametco production costs even further. Brits vanadium JORC. Vametco drilling results. Bushveld Energy business model cash flow capabilities and valuation details. Bushveld Energy contracts. Eskom VRFB news. Electrolyte production news. FeV prices rising and production increasing further. Brownfield acquisition (Vanchem?) to increase our production capacity further. Imaloto coal BFS. Imaloto coal platform sale/spin off. Afritin production commencing Q4. Dividend policy information - H2. Johannesburg listing. Etc! DYOR of course :)

BMN is like juggernaut, nothing can stop its inexorable rise. Obviously there will be dips along the way, as we have just experienced, but anyone who is willing to be patient and stay the distance will earn riches beyond their wildest dreams! Vanadium production from 3,750 tonnes, to 5,000 tonnes, to beyond 10,000 tonnes pa. Vametco, Brits, Mokopane vanadium. Further brownfield production facilities to come. FeV prices increasing from around $85 per kg, though $100 per kg, through $120 per kg and beyond. At least another 3-4 years of very limited supply and increasing demand. Sojitz acquisition. VRFBS - initially through Eskom in South Africa , then securing large scale energy storage projects throughout Africa and the rest of the world. Electrolyte production - sale/leasing. Lemur powering Madagascar. Dividends commencing soon and then increasing sharply every year due to the incredible growth being achieved over the next few years. Very exciting times ahead. Its good to see vanadium prices are moving up again. It was certainly expected with the new Chinese rebar rules increasing demand further from November.

Incredibly, they have barely dropped over the last few 6 weeks, its been more of a consolidation.
$80 per kg is a great starting point for the bounce.

Next stop $100 per kg...

So much negativity.
I'm counting my blessings that I found this little gem.

Its been an exciting ride from 3p to 7p, down to a low of 1.2p in November 2016.
Now at 21.5p after touching a high of 28.3p and the story has barely started!

This is life changing for so many long termers.
Imo, the last few months of 2018 are going to be even more spectacular.

Crazy price, I may need to free up some more funds!

All the fundamentals point to a significantly higher share price than current levels. Just consider the following... High vanadium demand. Insufficient vanadium supply. World vanadium structural supply deficit. FeV is already around multi year highs. New Chinese rebar rules in November will generate even greater vanadium demand and push prices up further. Vametco profitability is very high at current FeV prices. Minimal capex is required to increase production to 5,000 tonnes pa. Our share of Vametco is expected to increase further to around 70%/74%. World class Mokopane vanadium. Mokopane mining licence news is expected soon ;) Brits vanadium, JORC coming. Potential brownfield acquisition taking us to 10,000 tonnes pa. Bushveld Energy. Eskom VRFBs. Electrolyte production. Bushveld Energy business model, cash flow capabilities, valuation coming in H2. Imaloto coal, BFS due. Dividend policy being discussed in H2 Possible Chinese suitors in the background needing to satisfy their huge vanadium requirements. What a great company! DYOR

I would say sentiment is still very positive here.
The vast majority of people must be very content with Company progress to date.

There's so much going on in with the vanadium platform and with Bushveld Energy.
Plus Imaloto BFS on its way and Afitin production in Q4!

A few warrant holders selling down their entitlements has hurt the share price, but we've been here before.
When the selling stops, the share price will move up to the next level.

We also have two other very exciting developments coming in H2.

Firstly, the dividend policy is going to be announced.

Secondly, we are going to have news explaining Bushveld Energy’s business model, cash flow capabilities and valuation details. That should be very interesting.

Not to mention the JSE listing.

Very exciting times ahead!

Showing as a sell.

The buy price is just under the mid price at 21.9975p,
therefore showing as sells.

Compass, because that was the amount of money raised to do it.
There could obviously be some BMN shares on top.

All will be revealed when FM’s plans come together :)
