It’s nice to see that SPA have a very positive outlook for vanadium prices.... ‘If China maintains its Green Shield environmental policies and steel producers continue to use Australian iron ore in preference to other, less clean, sources of iron feedstock then the vanadium market should see a very substantial deficit and prices could remain at relatively high levels for the next few years. Vanadium prices indicate the market may be desperately short of material with few new sources of production in the short term. Short term: It is difficult to see much new production coming through till 2020 indicating the potential for ferro-vanadium prices to average significantly higher price levels than previously seen in past cycles. We can see good potential for ferro-vanadium prices to return to high levels till new material enters the market. Longer term: Much of the new primary production is also likely to carry higher operating costs when it comes in requiring further cost analysis. We therefore expect new vanadium supply to return to the market from a higher cost base needed to repay new capital and higher operating costs.’ Cash elephant! :)

Luckily a large % of our trade goes to the US, which has held up much better than Europe.

The FeV price has to turn back up shortly. All the articles and experts are still talking of the 'structural deficit' and demand outstripping supply for years to come.

Aisee. that's easy to say with hindsight. However, most longtermers are expecting lots more transformational news, so why take the chance on being out when the news lands! :)

It really bugs me how the MMs are happy to drop the price on a few sells, but when there are a few buys they go to NT!
They just don't want to sell many, maybe they aren't so stupid after all...

Alfa, certainly the best share I have found in my 35 years of investing. Luckily for me it’s also the most I’ve ever invested in a single share. Vanadium structural deficit, we have increasing vanadium production, production costs reducing, VRFBS are the future and will create even greater vanadium demand, huge cash generation, dividends coming etc. I think I need to lie down. Life changing! :)

Vanchem is another incredible acquisition by Fortune and his BoD. Coming soon..... Largest primary vanadium producer in the world. Largest electrolyte producer in the world. Largest electricity storage provider in Africa by 2020. It doesn’t get any better than this! :)

When the trolls are around, just consider the following 10 points... High vanadium demand, insufficient vanadium supply. World vanadium structural supply deficit. No significant new vanadium supply coming on line for 3-5 years. The FeV price is still at very profitable levels for Vametco. The new Chinese rebar rules from November 2018 will generate even greater vanadium demand and push vanadium prices higher. Minimal capex is required to increase Vametco production to 5,000 tonnes pa. This will reduce our average costs per tonne further. Vanchem acquisition announced this month has increased our production capacity even further. Our 2018 final results will show the world our excellent profitability for the year and our Q1 results will still be very strong. Large VRFB contracts with Eskom and others are getting closer. We have an exceptional management team, who have kept dilution to a minimum throughout our journey and are proven deal makers. We have been one of the best performing shares on AIM for the last 2 years, and when you consider the above.... maybe 3 years? Hold tight and don’t let the trolls scare you out of an incredible investment opportunity. DYOR of course :)

However, it seems to be failing as it is NT to buy any shares at 29p.
