I topped up here today... only because I have a good feeling particularly about this arbitration against the Republic of Tunisia..

Disappointed that punchy sells curbed a potentially half decent rally here yesterday.. but news - hopefully - on big Mistral orders/deliveries later this year will underpin a meaningful rally here, in due course imho..

(Whilst decent size sells around now may feel strange to some, I'll offer that there's always some selling going on for different reasons.. but serious buying whenever here should overpower the selling readily enough, I'd hope

Generally, my guess remains that some selling here is a '+uck you' to the management here.. as they've diluted the absolute arriss out of many loyal shareholders over time, and especially this latest time round; unfortunately Mistral will take much more time and money to get to market than management originally 'expected'....and management took in as much money as they could get in the recent raise - at least a lot was offered, in fairness -and as management they know this is an expensive and brutal game.. more generally, while I wouldn't call them incompetent, the journey here so far is no great testament to their strong competence either imho.. still, looking forward is the way to go now,.. and here's to the future being bright here.. it could of course be.. very hopefully)

10k gbp type things get you to notifiable interest type levels now here, sadly.. .. but with this only having a week odd ish left ahead of cash shell holding co suspension it has got to make you wonder if something interesting is very soon to be announced here?

I also note that Jonathan David Selby Cranston hoovered up plenty too after this came out of suspension

Every such asset will sell for something.. and as Glenn - and Bill - have been and remain time-warped clueless on attracting buying interest at a decent - never mind good - price, I'd now be ok with a fire sale here in the 7.5 p to 10p a share range.. or, more preferably, some sort of a JV towards inward Investment to further again prove up the resource eg another 25 % even if on poor terms to lnd.l...

Any raise should be for a few hundred k gbp max.. now to look to discover more resource in any way shape or form .. but just to keep the lights on towards achieving any such - aforementioned - fire sale/JV

It encouraged me to do a top up here this morning.. and I'm open to doing more in the future too.

I have high hopes here, even beyond the afore mentioned 350p range trade for some of my holding... and could maybe even see myself holding position(s) here for years to come..

190 m approx shares goes to 440m approx shares after this big raise.... so even at current 21 / 22p ish s/p that's a market cap is 100m gbp ish ....

I'm still in shock at the size of this dilution here.. (again, they've smashed long/medium term holders who have not averaged down a lot in recent years.... but all the co. cares about is just doing what they have to do to stay a market leader into the future.. etc... and 23p is all they could get for a large raise given the s./p was in a crap_y place before this raise too.. as people knew they needed a bunch of money badly in 2024 .. etc.. )

Schroders are my benchmark here - Uk Infrastructure Bank in at 23p..no hope of me getting my average near them..- and they have kept averaging down hard and are probably/maybe somewhere in the 40's p average now, is my guess.... I'm looking to stay decently lower than them... and so have started to do a little averaging down from today.. and more to come from me into any further weakness.. hopefully there isn't further s/p weakness here but there might easily be imho...(as some with high averages just throw in the towel.. and other players manipulate alongside too .. etc..)

Given the effective dates on todays RNS's being the 24h May and the above the same date I'm wondering if maybe it's just their same holding being a - much - smaller proportion of the total shares now in issue? (eg they didn't participate in the raise but didn't sell any either ?)

I too saw the Stas man in action in Copl.. and here now today as well... but I remain in the be nice to Stas camp.. as I listen carefully to his predictions.. towards me doing the exact opposite to what he recommends .. and do well in this game off the back :-)

You couldn't buy approx 22m shares at 22/23p or remotely like on the open market, I'd expect .. but no such big buying happens in the open market in this AIM game, alas..

Overall still a very large raise imho.. and very diluting to existing holders.. and here's hoping they can turn this business into a success from here/now..

(Longterm holders who haven't averaged down are mostly smashed, I expect/sadly ...but that's often the nature of this game, alas.. and. after the epic dilution here over time, this stock is not currently as appealing to mr as it was when I first got involved to in truth.. but all is of course to p[ay for from here.. and my average is still relatively low versus the field, I expect ..

What you asked him for I'm very hazy on and so will not go there ( I pay close attention to his posts .. less so yours.. because he's v good on the detail here)

PS: Given 'Sales Orders' and 'Invoiced Sales' are different things .. your post below feels a bit confusing to read to me.. apols if that's just me

I believe this business is decently down the path of making 2024 a good turnaround year... and so don't see anything in the 2'sp as a stretching valuation here now..

(second half is where the real demand standardly occurs here, granted .. and so some hope in my afore statement too )

To put my money where my mouth is I was happy to do a top up on my growing in play bet here this arbo !
