I see this as good, all RNS's go through this Nomad, who deletes and has the final say what gets announced. CMR's RNS's have not been great may be because of this Nomad. CMR have had enough and what changes. Only my opinion, I have great faith in this company.

This is what I have come across from another site (I have copied and pasted). Have managed to talk with CMR this morning. Obviously this resignation of Ruegg is another problem to deal with, but they feel confident it will be sorted before the 30 days. I understand the company wanted to release an RNS as to what the overal position was with production and refinance, but the Nomad wanted BlueCrest to agree it as well !! The company felt that the information they wanted to release did not need any agreement from BlueCrest and to have the RNS released, Nomad disagreed and resigned. My personal view is this also could be a blessing in disguise for CMR as Ruegg have not given the best of service here for a while now. Company have to wait until next week before BlueCrest will confirm an appointment to discuss finance situation. In the light of not having a Nomad around for a few weeks, then it may be advantageous to look at the company web-site on a regular basis for any information !! Things are happening so I am told guys, but due to the time now to organise another Nomad, as well as the ongoing saga with BlueCrest, the directors may not be able to answer all the extra phone calls they are expecting. Their time will be best served to the shareholders by getting this cocktail of disasters sorted and the shares back trading again within the next 30 days.

I can under your fraustration, next week CMR will have to announce something. Hold on.

These next 2 weeks is the crunch, make or break. I personnelly would be sad for CMR if all went wrong, but something tells me CMR will pull through. The amount of work put in by CMR deserves a fight to the end.

It is a waiting game, CMR still have 2 weeks and getting finance is not done over night, your guess will be a good as mine but it could be a case of choosing the best option, I would believe with what CMR have in Colombia there would be more then one approach. Colin Andrew did not elaborate, but confirmed to Proactive that the company hoped to be in a position to update the market soon, and hinted that El Cinco and Las Pepas may be larger than initially thought. There would be a lot of other companies including Bluecrest that would love to get there hands on this ??

This is why the post is very important, and any information given should also be researched by the individual taking it. I have shares in CMR, I will be honest I was quite worried, but with the research I had done and knowing full well what they have ahead of them, constantly ringing the company etc, CMR is worth saving. We here good news and bad on the post but most importantly we all are learning, I personnelly feel confident about CMR. All opinons should be taken with an open mind. Good Luck everyone

CMR will not go to Blue Crest, they will have other companies knocking on there doors. We do not need Blue Crest after what they have done. CMR will rise and continue on.

I have thought as you have that Blue Crest would like CMR's whole assets, and this would be quite a lot, they would make a lot more out it. If CMR does not come out of it and can not pay then Bluecrest can file Bankrupacy of CMR and take all CMR's assets. Only my opinion, just my thoughts, nothing to back it up, But I have faith with CMR to pull through, they got way much to let it go.

This is a shock to a lot of people, a very dirty move from Blue Crest have made. CMR deferred on 1st payment, but has not stop paying blue crest in gold. OK but bluecrest did not need to go this far, on first time production you will also go through teething problems, no one is perfect. CMR will pull through, people will release. my opinion only.

Bluecrest did not seem to have any interest, and things happen for a reason. Maybe in the long run blue Crest would have asked for more, more and more. I hope CMR has a clause to help them in the contract, but now with all meetings taking place another finance firm or company will believe CMR is worth saving. The quicker CMR can pay off Bluecrest the better, and I hope other companies out there think twice before dealing with Bluecrest, we all know they have financial issues but is not brave enough to admit it. CMR has still got a chance.

The RNS had not come from CMR but from Blue Crest. WE CAN ONLY HOPE.

CMR have been hit, Ramorai what come round go round and we are at early stages of what has happen. I had done a lot of research on this company, but regardless of who you go into no one would predict this happening, Blue Crest had a very good deal and to throw that away they must have big financial problems. Equity Growth Reseach, Proactive etc had rated this share and Allianz has bought more into CMR, I don't believe this is the end but may be a new begining, there is a lot of gold out there that CMR have got and a big company will not let it, someones watching. This is not the end.

I feel so gutted, its a good thing i have a bottle of wine opened. This now give CMR a chance to get a better deal as the deal with blue crest was not good, I don't believe they will have much of an issue in getting a loan, due to what they have ahead of them. But now would be the best price to buy, remember they are still in production and producing, it sounds A LOT WORSE.

CMR has secured all there finance with bluecrest, production has started and it will not be long until good news to be announced. A company that has so much ahead of them, and the high profits to be made from Quintana, when they announce in a few months how much gold they have Produced, this will be an exciting time. All companies have risks out there, it comes with the territory, production will never run smooth every day, but there will be days that it will run better then expected. I'll stay with CMR and thanks for the recommendation of HMB.

There will be other miner cost factors so use $200. pofit near the $9M give and take depending on the movement of Gold price. Not to forget the second mine to start up which will give us another 6months of gold in 2009. We all are waiting for the latest up date I am very confident it will be good.

There are other gold companies producing more gold per year, but it is not all about how much gold, other factors like the cost eliments and how easy it is to get to the gold and the amount of shares issued. There are other miners that have lot more shares issured and we are OK here. CMR have got some amazing mines out there, I don't think people realise how good this company is going to be and the difference in the share price this time next year CMR will be. When you properly sit down and do your calcuation just based on the first year, you are going to be amazed.
