Mosman's has had every chance to prove them selves, especially with the USA.
Before Mosman's was the operator we was producing 67boepd net, today we have more wells on production but are producing less.
I understand there can be issues on the way, but this has really been a big disappointment and the team in the USA clearly do not have the experience behind them, they try but the results are not there.
We are at the valuation due to this disappointment, no one is impressed and money has been blown away hence the massive dilution.
Most helium exploration companies will be much more valued then Mosman's, there is to much doubt with Mosmans and this team still needs to prove there capable in getting results.
Since we have had the USA assets we have diluted so much to fund it, we now have Cinnabar and we are again struggling, this next well needs to pull through.
All eye now on JV coming through who i hope will bring back confidence back a bit to Mosmans as the JV will be the operator.
The reason we are as low as we are is we have nothing the market finds interesting, the interest is not here and unless the companies starts to show improvements with PR and next set of results being good the share will continue at this level or even drop further.
I really hope something good comes soon.
Here we go again and another big dilution.
This share will never get to 1pence a share at this rate, because there will be even more dilitions and even if they did find Helium by then we would have been even more diluted.
I bought in again and regret it.
Last time a JV was announced on EP155 the share prices increased by 300%, it then drop back down.
This new JV did not bring any interest and it is a much better deal and a much bigger prospect, If you look back our EP155 JV they struggling to list on AIM and has been quite disappointing.
We have also struggled with production, instead of improving it has gone the other way on Stanley and Cinnabar.
Mosmans really needs to show change not just talk, we have waited long enough, I need a 950% increase to break even, there is only so much you can keep throwing in to break even.
The 2 older wells have been worked on for some time and no success, there is clearly money been thrown at it.
If the artificial pumps do not work then a side track well will need to be done in a new zone. Andy advised it would cost in total $250,000, but how much has been spent already on the 2 older wells.
MisterPositive I do hope your right, the same was said about 2023 and the year has been disappointing.
The chances of me getting my return back is very slim unless with some miracle the gold grades show amazing results so at least us investors have a chance.
All the best to all.
Our team in the USA can not handle it, we should not be the operator.
Years of trying and where it has got us, giving our assets to another company who has the experience and we ask for royalties, better to let experience handling it and not spend any more.
The path Mosmans is on is clearly not working.
Prophetus I do agree and Santos and Central Petroleum will also be drilling sooner and we are bag in the middle of it.
This should add to the interest,
Mosmans need to work hard to get more interest as it has been very disappointing, the USA needs either more support and a new team who can start to deliver not just blow money and we still struggling.
We should by now be producing a lot more then our last update and we need the experience to take us out of this bubble were in. Oil is a good price if they can not make it happen stop blowing money get a joint venture in who can bring the team on board.
It is not much of a change, now have a new accountant.
AC is now CEO and we are where we are partly due to AC.
All the rest no change.
The USA team struggles and can not maintain it well enough.
AC needs to present him self on media to explain how he is going to take Mosman’s forwards and not keep the same pattern that had been for years.
The board really needs to start looking after share holders, we need a very experienced team that the market will respect when adagio is created and a decent percentage Mosman’s share holders should get nothing less then 30%.
The sooner we get a new CEO who is respected the better, we need change else mosman will continue to drop in value.
The team in the USA seems to struggle, personally they should JV the lot give us royalties so we don’t spend and waste anymore cash.
This can drop even more with they way Mosman's have been you would think we have bottomed out, but with this share it can do worse.
Look at UPL the excitement and how much it has gone up by, been absolutely amazing.
This is why help from a JV would be required, we can not go with it alone we can not even get USA flying off.
Unless we get unexpected good news and news from Central this might start bringing interest.
How long will it be and take for this share to start to move up, there is clearly a big question if Mosmans will ever return share holders value.
As we stand we clearly have the record of a down hill trend, even when there are aggressive buys the share goes down, it does make you wonder.
Mosman's production has been quite a struggle and we here the same when it comes to work overs and still no great improvement, I do hope they prove us all wrong.
so much money has gone into the US assets and so much dilution.
The board are also invested and surely they must release there not getting anywhere and they need a change and help with US.
I will need 600-700% increase to break even, you cant keep buying to average down.
Then you got EP155 JV and that has ???, is Georgina Energy going to list.
EP145 do we have any interest out there for a JV, I think this is what we need to bring interest, it would help to have experience coming on board.
I do hope there is a lot of positives happening in the back ground.
I for one think there has been plenty of time to prove themselves, even when we had the highest gas and oil prices we could not deliver.
We can’t not keep following this path and a change now is required, another few more years and we will still be in the same boat, it does not matter how good our assets are if we do not have the right management the company will never grow.
Every year I think we will see the light through the tunnel but years down the line it has not happened.
I thought if Mosman’s was the operator in the US things will change.
We need a better operator in the US we clearly can not cope, a JV who will push hard and want results.
A change is required this path is not working.
Our valuation is dropping dropping dropping, i was under the impression they were already doing work overs to Cinnabar and we have had no update on improvements and now plan is to proceed to optimise the current production from the three existing wells.
What have they been doing in the USA.
Unless Mosman’s starts to give something amazing on an RNS this pattern will just continue, we need massive improvements, if Mosman’s can not progress USA quick Enough then I rather have a JV to come on board with a bigger team to get things moving.
We just not seeing improvements much.
With EP145 we do need a JV to bring experience and confidence.
Is the team on site to small to cope with the US assets, if we had more on ground working on maintaining will this help, we seem to always struggle and so many work overs required and still today we can not produce over 150bopd, i thought we was actually going too considering we did 130 bopd on the last up date, but every time some thing else is required and we seem to never get there.
We have a long wait until the next drill is going to happen at Cinnabar, with our current wells we need them to be flowing all or most to get us moving.
Looking for good news on our EP145 asset i do hope we get a JV.
