The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring Jeremy Skillington, CEO of Poolbeg Pharma has just been released. Listen here.
For any small cap company to receive 30% of 500 bopd giving 150bopd is great and low cost. EOG has 445 million shares in issued that is not bad going, UJO has just under 20 billion shares in issued and look at there trading days it is amazing, a good rise yesterday and today in the blue.
I am also invested in Mosmans which I feel is not being recognised with the potential, producing from Stanley 3&4 giving close to 55bopd, stanley 2 shut in temporary so this will start soon, Duff well work over being done, Falcon 1 well being successful with initial flows rates at 541 boepd and 50% stake net to Mosman and hoping for production to start in December and not forgetting there Australia asset which could hold Helium and multi tcf gas.
The share price does not move and if it does it goes down, I think it is to do with PR, Marketing and getting the knowledge out there, more talks needed by brokers, reports, analyst etc.
Good luck to all.
SP Angel talking about shares to look out for UJO and ECO not mention of Mosmans.
This is also part of the reason our share price does not move not enough coverage on Mosmans.

I think it will be when we are actually producing Falcon 1 and as long as the flow rates are still good.
Has the workover at Duff actually started as it is taken a long time to give some news. On the 10th of November RNS advised Greater Stanley Project: The first workover is expected to commence this week on a well which is located within the Duff lease in which Mosman has a 20% WI.
Stanley1 i think we can say it is not happening, Stanley 2 shut-in waiting on artificial lift to be installed that is I take it a nodding Donkey.
Very lucky for S3 and S4 producing very good rates of oil.
SCSC I see your point and do agree and I also do not like warrants and dilutions. But I also understand that Mosmans had to act quick give a reward to get the funding at the time.
Going forward when you see the action taken in March and where we are at now, this should bring back confidence especially when we are so close if bringing Falcon into production and now we will be 300 boepd.
Not forgetting a larger prospect called Galaxie this is what i really want to see and how much more if successful we get with oil and gas.
Maybe the market is waiting for Falcon 1 to start producing.
I would how ever like to see more talks and interviews and more support from our Nomad/brokers, target rates we could achieve.
I thought I change the subject so all realise how much Mosmans has on just Falcon 1.
Net to Mosmans is 271 boepd and then all the other wells to add this is a complete change for Mosmans and once production starts it will show on our figures when it is announced.
I don't think Baja website if fully updated on Stanley 1 and 2 as we all still waiting for an update and Baja can say what they feel is correct as they are not listed.
Galaxie really looking forward to.
I do hope Mosmans starts to do media coverage on Falcon 1 and get the word out there, it is great news we was struggling to get over 100boepd and now we will be over 300boepd.
Amazing news and what an increase in BOPDE , once the we are all set up and producing this will be interesting to see how production flow rates are doing and what the net cost is.
Falcon Net to Mosman is 271 bopde.
Stanley 4 net 33 bopd.
Stanley 3 net 21.75 bopd
Stanley 2 net was 11 bopd but waiting for update on workover.
Stanley 1 waiting for update.
We could be looking at minimum of 336 bopd net to Mosmans
To date
It is great to see this level of interest taken by Afzal.
What we need is results and also what would help is to be more upfront to investors with estimated resources in place so we are not left in the dark. With Wireline logs and 3d seismic data Baja and Mosman's should have an idea why not tell the market.
Apart from Stanley 4 which is a great success producing 200bopd gross. We are where we are.
Since July there has been no news on Welch and an operation update not including Welch or Arkoma these are still producing oil and unless it has been sold they should still be keeping share holder updated with operations as it still will add to our production.
We are in a better place today but Mosmans need to be more open.
Next week update on Duff well.
Next week would be nice for an announcement confirming flow tests have started on Falcon 1, this i would think would be another 2 weeks wait until news.
Would be nice for an exceptional flow rate to get the share price moving, I do think once Helium One come on the market hoping they will talk more on the JV and mentioning Mosman's to give us more coverage.
Would be nice for a Monday RNS and then further updates to follow.
i find it very frustrating there is so much ahead to come and share price is a struggle.
I also watch UJO who has just under 20 billion shares in issued and they seem to rise more then us.
Watching the video presentation on Georgine Energy is very positive it is a shame they did not mention Mosman's.
I personally put it down to Mosman's Marketing and PR, looking very forward to Falcon 1.
If we can get from S1 130bopd originally from circa 10 feet thick and S2 50bopd from a circa 5 feet thick.
What could Falcon truly give us.
In the presentation we was told Falcon 1 will pay for the next well and so on. A number of investors did buy in thinking no more dilution or less required if the Falcon 1 is successful.
There is clearly success there and Mosman is very eager to start a bigger well as soon as possible.
It would put investors a bit more at ease if we was able to view the 3d seismic data and to explain to us the potential scope.
But what hits me hard is when the company can not keep to there word and they could have use the funds from the falcon well once into production to reduce the dilution.
i have bought in today so I can reduce my average, I would be expecting some thing pretty good with flow rates for the board to want to start another well as soon as possible.
How long do you think it will it take until we know the flow rates and what work is to be done on EP145 with the funds.
Hoping for Falcon 1 to be really good, just a reminder on the below shares to be issued to directors and also warrants. We need to be careful how much we dilute the shares maybe paying the directors could be a better option then giving shares.
This was already bought up previously by another share holder.
In February 2020, at the time of a capital raising ("February Placing"), Mr. Andy Carroll and Mr. John W. Barr agreed to receive shares in lieu of cash for Director fees for the year ended 30 June 2020 and some consulting services. Mr. John Young has also subsequently agreed to the same terms for his Director Fees. If approved by shareholders, 41,666,666 shares to the value of AU$150,000 (the "February Director Fee Share Issue") would be issued on the same terms of the February Placing being a price of 0.15p with an attached 1 warrant per share. Each warrant conveying the right to subscribe for a further new ordinary share at an exercise price of 0.23p with a term of 12 months (expiring on 14 February 2021). If not approved $150,000 is payable in cash by Mosman.
Subsequently, as advised on 24 March 2020 the Executive Directors (being John W. Barr and Andy Carroll) offered to reduce the cash component of their long standing and contracted consulting services costs by 50% and to receive shares in lieu of cash for the balance of the fees for a certain period. Subject to shareholder approval, 52,368,750 shares ("July Director Fee Shares") would be issued in lieu of AU$75,000 consulting fees, based on the same terms as the July 2020 placing being the most recent fundraising ("July Director Fee Share Issue") at a price of 0.08p with an attached 1 warrant per share. Each warrant conveying the right to subscribe for a further new ordinary share at an exercise price of 0.15p with a term of 12 months (expiring on 2 July 2021). If it is not approved the $75,000 is payable in cash by Mosman.
The Falcon 1 well was always directional drilling and as far as I know the Stanley wells are directional.
How long will it take until Falcon 1 is drill to TD. I am hoping an announcement comes through confirming logs indicate potential zones.
Stanley 1, waxy oil this is a new one for me, at least it flowed strongly and pressure is there, waiting game now to find out it if it is worth continuing with the same zone or try another zone.
Share holders have had it pretty tough here and it has been a long wait, Mosmans do not sit around at least there trying to make deals happen and get in and be a producer.
Baja could have gone with anyone and they also could not afford 100% hence why they sold some of the percentages out to partners they feel they can work with.
We are in a much better position, we all know our valuation should be more and the market/who ever has held Mosmans down for some time.
25 bopd net to Mosman will not make the share rocket but when you add it to the portfolio it all make a difference. Stanley 1 will just add and if we do get 100 bopd gross then that will be great, we then would have close to 60 bopd net to Mosman just with Stanley. I would not be surprised if Stanley 5 to be on the table. We also have Great Stanley once we get the okay to proceed.
The main one at present is Falcon 1, we do need a very good result to push the share price and I do agreed a min of 75 net bopd required.
It is great news another success on Stanley well, would have like a better response on the share price.
Mosmans is focussed on the Frio sand reservoir the same as what S4 is producing from and aiming for 2 zones. If they find more zones then it will be a bonus.
FiveCandles having several pay zones is a very big bonus but we can only produce from 1 pay zone. The original drill for Stanley 1 also had several pay zones and the 1st zone came through with more gas then oil, only until the operator decided to cap that zone and try another one then we was producing 115bopd gross, that pay zone has been giving an issue hence why another workover has been completed and S1 has confirmed it is producing oil again.
The oil range we have had is 50 to 150 bopd gross the rates will always vary on each zone. We have to wait and see what S1 and S4 is going to produce and an update on S2 and S3 would be great.
I hope the update and news does not take much longer, Mosmans has full control over Falcon 1 being the 50% stake holder with Stanley 4 we are in the hands of another operator but to give every one an idea of time line.
Stanley 3 spudded 5th Aug 2019.
Stanley 3 drilling update 12th Aug 2019.
Stanley 3 update 30th Aug 2019.
Stanley 3 initial production 9th Sept 2019.
Stanley 3 production update 4th Oct 2019.
Hoping for a better response on the share price with Stanley 4 when the news filters through.
How much oil and gas is estimated for Falcon to have. They have 3D seismic which will give the data and the zones.
Not just for Falcon but all the other future wells in the Champion area.
Mosman has full control over what happens with a 50% why has the 3D Seismic not been up loaded on the website, why is it other companies can provide this and Mosmans can not, this would be interesting to see and it gives us more of an idea of what to expects.
