Yes things have gone quiet - need some feedback

I always reinvest, however it's a bit strange & interesting as to why, on Dividend Day the share price always spikes.

Less shares for the payout - ??????

I can't believe that this lot have not gone under.

They have wasted millions on triviality and still they are allowed by the FCA & AIM to carry on extracting money from placings, in the minuscule probability that they can make a financial killing.

TH2 comes on here stating how wonderful UKOG are and that he will be buying more shares to enable him to retire comfortably.

Based on previous dealings, investors should be aware (caveat emptor).

A MOU from UKOG is nothing more than a veiled IOU to those investors stupid enough to have any faith in this company.

Following this MOU, will be the inevitable fund raising ruse.

This announcement will be like ""manna from heaven"" to the rampers and the gullible.

I have just read the latest RNS.

It states that Mr Fahy, Chairman of Quantum has undertaken a Bed & Isa transaction, which equates to a deal of approximately £28K.

Just one problem with that transaction - Only £20K can be invested in an ISA every tax year.

Also Capital Gains Tax is payable on gains above the annual allowance of £3000.

It will be interesting to see how this was mitigated ????

As I've said before, This will take a couple of years to get established in the market place.

My broker has just sent me , what appears to be a standard notification on behalf of Quantum stating that i can buy in at 21p in the latest retail issue.

However, I think Quantum have pitched it too high , as I can buy the shares now at 20.95p, which means there is no incentive to buy from this placement.

On this occasion, i'll wait, as the SP will dip when the shares hit the market. ???

I invested in the initial offer but will wait this time,until after the offer closes and like the last time, buy the shares at a lower rate once they hit the open market. The new tranche of shares will certainly drop the SP in the short term.

Like I said before this may well take 2/3 years to show any decent results.

If the LSE are so concerned about "Market Abuse" they should start with UKOG (£100m raised and subsequently frittered away and nothing to show for it). That'll keep them occupied for a while.

Stop trying to point out to TH2, Ocelot "et all" that this is a doomed company.

They are so entrenched in their views to see sense.

It's quite embarrassing to read all this tripe day in day out.

Having read today's drivel, I repeat my message of yesterday.

There is no point in trying to have a debate with the "Rampers" about the downsides to investing in UKOG.

They are not prepared to accept that it was, is and always will be a money-pit, there solely to provide an income stream for its employees.

UKOG has no assets or income and yet the "Rampers" are still glued to the vision that this will be a success and will not accept any contrary view and repeatedly accuse those who do oppose their views with one word -Negativity.

All the "Informed" know UKOG will crash and burn and not before time.
