Correct CYAN,
I think your figure of £24 is optimistic,
I think it will dive to the £7 -£10 per 100000 shares and administration will ensue - it's why I bailed
Only after a dilution will reality & panic set in
Theeee:-
Read my previous post - you are assuming the share price will rise 10 fold and stay there - IT WILL NOT.
Even if it does rise 10 fold, it will only still be .07p (at the time of conversion) and they will need multi billions of them to remain afloat.
So let me clear this up.
Say you have 1,000,000 @ .007p = £70.
If you then apply the 1 new share for 10 old shares this gives you 100,000 @ .007p = £7.
That presents you with a £63 loss.
Unless you think the share price is going to increase by a factor of 10 ( which it won't) you are a crap investor
Explain
How can anyone, with any sense, think that buying 14285 shares for £1 is a good investment, bearing in mind there is a vote on the horizon which could effectively reduce the investment by a factor of 10. ???
Cyan2 - Very Good - what more can be said, except this share is doomed.
Get out whilst you can.
You are easily led
Down:-
Off you go then and buy 10million if you are so confident but I think you are misinformed
I never stated I was an expert but since they are in such a mess, I would have thought UKOG, would have got their act together and provided the share holders with accurate information.
Ocelot:-
I think not updating a website for almost 5 months is quite a glaring error, tantamount to dereliction of responsibility
So Ocelot:_
Are we to assume that everything on the UKOG website is a pack of porkie pies.
It can only infer that UKOG are not that bothered about keeping their shareholders up to date on a properly updated website. !!!!!!!
Just had a look on the UKOG website and they quote 23.8B confetti pieces - who bloody well knows !!!!
Bubble:-
I thought the same but like everything with UKOG, everything is misprinted or misquoted.
To be honest they have issued so many new shares I've lost track.
If anyone dopey enough invests in UKOG they are going to lose out.
This is nothing but a share to be traded but not now as the share has no tangible worth
Take the hit and get out now whilst you can
Ocelot - the shares would be on the same direction as today - downwards
On Monday you could buy 13333 shares for £1, now you can buy 15384.
You would not get this many bits of confetti in a £1 box.
Why are people still buying this share - UKOG is doomed.
Forget the meeting, cut your losses and get out before you lose all of your investment
I am not sure why all on here are saying UKOG should do this or that.
They are finished as a company in terms of ability, credibility and economics.
Bail out whilst you can and get something from the escapade.
Delta never mentions UKOG's website .
Have a look at UKEn site SS confirms it.
Interest though
I sold my last tranche of 1M (at a loss) shares about 10 days ago and it took Hargreaves (HL) 3 days to do it.
However, as a Nominee holder HL have billions the worthless bits of the confetti and I supposed they did'nt want any more blowing around their offices.
Might be interesting if they were to bin their allocation !
Delta:-
If that's the case I'll do the same as I did with UKOG - "Trade The Ass Off It"
