RE: EGM Requisition29 Jun 2023 07:48
Troublesome the SP was inflated by speculation. Then 'investors' were disappointed by the settlement or it didn't meet their expectations and dumped the stock and the SP cratered -that's what happens and its no different to when 'Apple' pulled out previously or when and oil company announces a duster. Carnage. Some people remain invested, other dump and run then complain when in reality the info was available, just missed.
I include LOAM in that 'investor' statement above, who sold after the RNS. If they did more due diligence than the PI on the street and understood the low end models because they went into the court papers in more depth and had more time and resource to do it because their exposure dictates so, then who's to blame? Them? Nanoco? Those who didn't?
Through out this the company has done nothing other than maintain broadly the same narrative and whilst for you 'inflection' or 'transformative' might mean instant rocketing share prices, to others including me (and the BoD) it means the validation and conclusion of a long legal challenge process re the IP and a beginning of a new stage for the company with better longer term prospects underpinned by cash
You can read into it whatever you want and we are unlikely to agree but that's my view.
