Regarding other discussions on perspective , I was incorrect the other day re my avg. I just checked my SIPP and it's 0.1958696pps. I'll be taking the tender and see it as low risk for me despite potentillay ending up on the wrong side of a trade.

The remaining risk is down to whether or not we believe the company will be cash positive in FY25 and if the tech is going to end up in mobiles in 2026 with the possibility of another announcement on a 3rd QD player sooner and maybe even a rabbit out of a hat.

I’m suggesting the valuation of the business could have been affected by the overhang and the year long awaited corporate action. Investors don’t like uncertainty.

The organic business is possibly falsely undervalued expressly because of the Samsung cash overhang. Corporate actions can affect the intrinsic value of a stock where there is uncertainty and at the moment there is still uncertainty.

If the II’s take up the tender offer at 24p and the next day they buy at 17p using up all of their cash what do you think will happen to the SP with less shares in issue?

The danger is this for me.

If the II’s take up their allocation then on the day the market reopens they can participate in the opening auction and simply average down whereas we could take it up and find ourselves locked out and only able to trade when the SP rises above 24p

My thousand quids worth of ARM is 1989/90 whenever it was would probably have been split and divided a million times before they became the company we know now, at least that’s how I console myself.

Lots of risk here re competing technology and expiring IP. I just have to trust Nanoco am have sufficient traction and momentum than others to become and remain the go to provider so we can profit long term.

BT was not in position before Eddleman and salvaged something from display even though you don't like the outcome. Eddleman didn't appreciate Samsung would effectively steal the IP because he misplaced trust.

Was replying to your NDA post not ARM. My ARM story goes back to the mid 80's -before ARM. Back to Acorn and Olivetti. I ended up with around £1000 shares in ARM after various takeover and mergers when they were embryonic and thought it was a fortune at the time as a teenager. How little did I know. ARM stand for Acorn Risk Machine..... Apple was involved in it as well and without ARM Apple would not exist.

Nanonano precisely which is another reason I find myself having to defend that which should be understood and accepted but instead the usual suspects conveniently overlook the fact the company cannot divulge certain information.

I work with some pretty large organisations and we have to get approval to publish information referring to them specifically which often takes time and involves legal and PR approval. We most often just don't bother trying because we know the answer. Different once it's in the public domain then we use their name at will to our benefit.

Kooba. We all all human. Yes I can accept your view point and I’m not really critical of it most of the time and I respect your views and accuracy of your research and responses.

Fundamentally we disagree where I believe the company is being run effectively for the stage it is at by people who mean well and are doing so for their employees, shareholders and yes for themselves as well. I’ve seen some CEO’s who I can see are dodgy with my instincts telling me to avoid at all costs. VRS a prime example. I don’t get that sense here.

I am invested for the long term and always have been. I lost out on ARM holdings as a younger man and I could have been relatively well off had I understood the potential at the time. I’m hoping Nanoco has the same potential (albeit I’m not expecting it to become the behemoth ARM is)

I did not invest for the Samsung play. Am I correct in assuming you did?

My average is slightly above our current position so I’m not squirming over the perceived drop.
