Troublesome I think I’ve said on more than one occasion that we really need to wait until October to have a better idea what’s happening and until then there’s not much to say. I’ve also said if you’re not happy you should sell. I’ve not been bullish about the stock for sometime and you could be proven correct with your take on things. Anyone who thinks Tenner made the decision to settle alone is misguided. If you’re going to blame anyone blame the advisors funders and lawyers too.

Misguiding seems to be at the core of many people’s discontent and I’m surprised that people took what was said in the lead up to the trial as gospel without appreciation of the purpose. It was all about a negotiation and the company (after consultation with all stakeholders) could hardly say they were prepared to settle for a low amount even if that was the settlement outcome. It’s time to accept that you got carried away with your own expectations. If you can’t then at least BT will be gone soon….then you can blame Liam no doubt.
