Maybe BT should dispense of the legal expertise of Mintz and instead employ BTB for his expert legal (and while we're at it, technical and SWIR market knowledge) opinions? Mintz despite being a leading US aw firm clearly have a lot to learn.

And how does one expect a company to “act”? With the release of information about legal proceedings from their perspective? They can’t do anything in my opinion until there’s news to report and until then it’s up to investors to decide if they which to invest in BUR or not and it’s that activity that moves the needle.

Personally I have a long term view on BUR having bought into the model, but the wider investment market, including both retail and institutional investor are either not cognisant of the potential, or are waiting for data on revenue and profit before investing. I’m holding for that to happen.

Samsungs legal advisor, has told them to just keep appealing. Samsungs spokesman said that their long term associate, BTB, reckons they’ll be out of business soon and become a cash shell rather than an IP shell and presented a detailed roadmap which clearly shows that pretty much anything can happen if you write it down on a bulletin board.

So you, someone not privy to inside information, are challenging the narrative that the CEO of the company is guiding with a backdrop of contractual agreements relating to work packages with a roadmap towards commercial production……that you’re confident STM won’t prove commercially viable when we are quite clear about how products are developing in the sensing arena/ToF/IoT. What a muppet.

I think it’s unfair to blame Eddleman for developing a company that drove another company to adopt their technology and steal it.

I was mulling that over yesterday and reached the same conclusion, unless there seems to be a trading opportunity. I'd wait to hear what the guru thinks then do the opposite.

Suing in other markets is a given without a settlement in my opinion.

I just get in the habit of closing them each time I load the page.
