Nice steady rise last few months, but I've said that before and it all came tumbling down!

Last Thursday AJ Bell did a webinar with 3 investment trusts presenting. I watched it, it was quite positive about UK stock markets, the undervaluation and potential, maybe??? At least one Law Debenture was positive about CWR, and I think there was another too. All the presenters made a good impression on me. If I didn't have Ceres already, I would have thoughht I might get some of them. It's possible that was behind some of the recent price improvement.

Who knows but they never struck me as pump and dumpsters, but I have been fooled before.

Whatever, I feel more confident about this share right now, so am hoping.

I am a long term holder of PUMA, never realised there was even a space for them on LSE. Till I saw today on bottom of the list of risers. I have done very well on them and though I have bought and sold some still have a core average of 16.5. from best part of a decade ago.. Anyway I like the look of the new MMQ range and PUMA still get's it's name on much of the top stars apparel, so hopeful can get back to 80's, 90's or even 100's.

Interesting seeing your post about this company probably off most peoples radar. I was given them as a maybe buy a little before your post. I did not have any cash to invest and did not till around the time they were $6. Glad I did! In end I bought in at less than 2 dollars holding some at about $1.04, but average 1.615 so about even on that. My tipper who is a little in the know but has nothing concrete or especially insider, felt them a good bet. Be very nice for me if they got back to the $4 when originally suggested, better the 6 and heaven if $30. Not selling yet but may do at one of those points.

Looks to have broken the £6 barrier.

Decided to sell a few yesterday as stuck on the 600 for a day or 2. It is my biggest holding and I just want to be a little less exposed and well in profit now.

Still as is typical it then breaks through, hopefully will go on to even more.

Thank you Mary, but what I was really getting at was results have previously been published in February, at least in 2022 and 21. And dividend announced alongside those results. So is there any reason for delay that anyone knows. Or is it just a realignment for no clear purpose?

Hello, sorry if I am asking something that has already been discussed. Have there been no results published yet or dividend declared. I don't have a load of shares here so have not been doing a good job of monitoring things. If anyone has some info. I would appreciate.

So I rather foolishly bought some shares on the 15th Dec. The dilution is ex on 14/12, entitling me to about 4 shares to an old one, for shares I already had. Does anyone know how my shares that I bouht on 15 will be treated?
Will they remain as new shares at 1 to 1, I am assuming that is most likely?

There has been steady if unspectacular progress in price this last 6 months or so. Hopefully this will continue.

I was a shareholder at the beginning of this week but sold up on Wednesday taking about a 90% loss.
Not that being a shareholder is likely to get me an honest answer or even answer at all about annual report.
I am pointing something out to you all and to me, I kind of use these boards to rub in my own stupidities.
I should have seen no annual report and been a bit forewarned!
Pokerchips should remember I have been doubtful about AGM for some time now, mostly I have put these doubts out my mind.
As far as assets go for the hyena's there clearly shouldn't be many if any, and I kind of think if the IP was really something more would have been achieved than the paltry few deals mainly with vehicle detailing products.
Anyway as I said I am out, I kind of regret it it, like I always do as I make investments in the hope of success for me and what I am investing in. I feel hopeless about this outfit so have given up.
Last point, AGM have previously been fond of making a deal of their pipeline, they no longer mention it, they have realised an insignifcant amount of it, if it was still there and strong, that in itself might get them some backing?

Would they do a strategic review without accounts? You would hope not.
The accounts would normally have been published before the strategic review.
You would imagine accounts made clear the need.
If you want to keep going as a business you have to publish and submit accounts, okay you might avoid for a while to save looking absolutely useless!
So do they intend to keep going as a business or are they just hanging on for extracting a few more quid at our expense?

No sign of full year accounts normally published in mid October.
The results have always been rubbish, so no reason to be embarrassed, can they be even worse this time to not publish?

What is going on here? This seemed such a proper idea. A real difference maker to EV's and other equipment. I have invested £7k here, lost 2/3rds of it right now. Is this a buying opportunity or is there something I am missing. Is there someone out doing this better cheaper, is it just and unrealistic project. I am annoyed I have not picked up on what is wrong!

It's no good being academic, a techie or scientific if you business goes down the pan.
They don't need a new CEO specifically they need to get real and employ people who can show them how to make a good idea into a profitable business. They must realise this however head in the clouds they are, yet they aren't doing anything about it.
I know I should sell out and have been feeling it all along, yet here I am, a bit like them useless lot, we are a good team!

Despite many reservations about this company and posting them, I am still here. I looked at this interview, was dissapointed in the questioning, saw nothing encouraging either. I admit I never watched it all only the latter stages, but felt most of all before was telling us how graphene could be used and how it was better used as dispersed. So for me nothing about how money might be made and nothing clearly has been made. When I ran and in my opinion anyone runs a business those are the most important things. Okay you can't go wild and give away your game and idea's but come on 12 years on where is it going? I am gloomily hanging on in hope, but know this is not a proper strategy.

I read this (RNS) as a component that attaches to an engine (a Volvo marine I assume diesel?), recovering exhaust heat that produces 30kW more power, is that wrong? It does say it converts the exhaust heat into energy, so if it is not recycling that energy into the power unit what is it doing? Looks quite chunky in pictures, so might not fit so easily into all applications of diesel power like trucks for example. I am not necessarily an absolute expert in this field but I think I would understand the principles. Maybe it is a little vague and not fully detailed?

I bought this share from early days starting investing nearly 14 years ago. I read about them developing some energising flywheel (not quite correct tech. language) and recognised the name. Ricardo was responsible for a combustion chamber design that made small diesels work pre. 80's. A clever design so I thought I will buy some, this is often how I make my decisions, randomly. The design necessitated a separate insert containing the chamber, pressed in as an interference fit. With the hot and cold running of the engine they would sometimes come loose even fall out and need repair (new cyl. head usually). Maybe this should have forewarned me! Anyway things are could be better.
They have just won a contract in Toronto for rail network support, lets hope this is the beginning of better times.
For me it is impressive what they do, but not many seem to recognise it at least as far as a good share price goes.

Yes snappa you I am afraid are likely right.
Another set of figures just about doing next to no business, making no money, spending money that's been invested (although they have more ready cash not sure why?)
If after all this time the business is still not in way established what can you think of the people running it?
I have to admit that I have not really read the interim results and it's blurb so please some who can be bothered shoot me down in flames!
