The company in talks with Mysq will most probably have links with Tencent. I feels a offer how between 0.70 and 1p will be on the table.

You think Atlas will sit back and allow that to happen.

It works in Atlas favour to fund Mysquar and keep the company running to allow Mysquar to breakeven or even get into profit.

IA Atlas fund the business and then Mysquar can sell the company for 6m to 10m.

Now that the due diligence is done I think Atlas will fund the business until it is sold. Which means we can ask for the best price possible. If we get 6/7 million cash and further shares in the new company, what would your opinion be guys?

The Company is in discussions with a NEX quoted company regarding the sale of the Company's subsidiary companies. It is proposed that the consideration on such a sale include shares in the NEX quoted company and that, in due course, such shares be distributed to the Company's shareholders.
