Another update and another step closer to lifting suspension (hopefully) before end of Feb.

Can't see why anyone would even want to keep attacking the company Directors via the FCA, the new BoD are doing their best to bring this back from the brink.

I support the BoD and RMD and appreciate their efforts in the face a complete lack of co-operation from Evans who has done nothing but issue false news and then withheld information from the new BoD since he left, hence the lengthy delays in making progress with the accounts and addressing/resolving Texas leases.

TGM actions are not helping anyone and have 100% delayed getting the company back to trading, working on new opportunities, generating revenues.

Their actions are an absolute disgrace and they abusing the rules and regulations to further delay PPP from ever coming back. For all I know PPP plc may still not be able to come out of suspension if TGM continue to obstruct the company in they way they have. They may even doubling down and mounting a full attack on the company and its directors as we speak as they still seem to think they are right and everyone else is wrong and continue to claim they have a right to continue with their campaign regardless of the harm it is doing.

I cannot see an end to it yet and if it has to be via a large dilutive share issue to make their holdings insignificant then I would not be surprised if PPP plc go down that road sooner rather than later.

No doubt Affrm will blame the company instead looking at the real villains here, and that is the TGM.

Affrm, the TGM actions could mean the company is forced to issue another 100, 200, 300, 400, 500m shares to make their holdings irrelevant, don't say you weren't warned if it comes to that.

The TGM are using all aspects of company law to try and get the FCA to prosecute PPP plc when the people who committed any wrong doings are long gone and not domiciled in the UK anyway. It's a pointless action and the TGM know this but they continue anyway.

Affrm has always been toooo needy for my liking on here.

As for Gasbag, Townman and the rest of the TGM posters, they are not acting in anyones best interest, they never have. In fact they have lied and misled people here on a regular basis with false claims of alternative plans, financing, blah blah, blah....they never had a plan and never will. They have exploited the TGM to influence various genuine holders there so they can attack the company and its directors on behalf of the Ex CEO who no doubt promised them a wonderful future if they got rid of ALL the BoD for him so he could avoid jail time.

Sad but true. Affrm enjoys playing both sides, he's 100% not a faithful, he's a 100% a traitor and still all in with the TGM.

He pretends to be with us, especially since the Yes vote (he voted No so I could lose everything and not leave him holding the baby as he stated very clearly).

I do not trust Affrm, never have , never will.
