Since the last regulatory news release updating shareholders on the 25th March 2024, the company advises that oil sales revenues continue from CT1H and net oil sales (gross minus taxes and royalties) for February totalled US$48,470.26.

The Company expects to bank another US$37,083.16 around the 21 April for March's oil production, which was curtailed by intermittent pump and generator issues. Working with our partners these issues have now been resolved and we look forward to a full current month of production.

We are currently on track to see revenues above US$45,000.00 per month once again.

Baytex Energy Corp. announced in November 2025 the sale of its entire U.S. Eagle Ford portfolio for US$2.305 billion to an undisclosed buyer. The assets were primarily in Karnes, Gonzales, Lavaca, and Fayette counties and produced over 82,000 boe/d.

Matador Resources sold its remaining Eagle Ford assets in La Salle, Karnes, and Atascosa counties for over $30 million in April 2025. These assets included 2,900 net acres with production of 700 boe/d.

Crescent Energy completed a $905 million acquisition of central Eagle Ford assets from Ridgemar Energy in La Salle and McMullen counties in January 2025.

BP sold a portion of its Permian and Eagle Ford midstream assets to Sixth Street for $1.5 billion in November 2025.

Re BUCE I wasn't saying compare the shares, just look at their BOPD production figures.

Suggest you review BUCE plc, they operate similar wells to PPPs close by......you will see the reality of being a small time player in the region

Eagle Ford Production Rate:

Typical wells produce 20-50 barrels per day.

Operating Expenses: Usually 25-35% of gross revenue.

How much oil does a typical well produce each day?

A shallow well can produce half a barrel a day or even less. Meanwhile, a deepwater oil well can produce up to 10,000 barrels in a day. The median producing oil well production in the U.S is five to 10 barrels a day. Typically, if a well produces 100 barrels per day, it is considered a good well.

You really have to let it go about Texas, it's all BS based on Evans fake RNS. It's obvious thta GV (Menzel) was sold a dream by Lennigas and Evans that turned into a nightmare and GV (Menzel) bailed out completely when they realised they had been lied to all along.

There is nothing in Texas worth bothering with, but then there never was in reality.

Show me one RNS from PPP plc that confirmed extended daily BOPD and from more than just one well in all the years of workovers etc etc.

In fact show me the stats from the railroad webpage that covers on shore wells and production in the region where PPP had "interests" from ALL producers....you will be shocked what you find or will you just keep on saying the same old stuff based on Evans RNSs.

Funny how they go into hype drive on the hint of anything positive here.....so obvious what their agenda is and will not engage with a single one of them any more as they are haters and want PPP plc to be dead and buried, clearly being motivated by the person with most to lose when the truth finally comes out about all those RNS releases up to including the BS GV deal. Starting to feel like our own version of the Eppstein files could happen here in due course....

Re Texas

I really do think you need to reset your expectations, you are so far from reality it's beyond reasoning.

Typical well production rates for wells in that area are average 20-40 bopd.

They are not commercially viable for a plc but can be valuable to small land owners etc.

You really need to switch your focus elsewhere when your Texas bubble gets burst.

ps That's not the fault of the new BoD either, it was Evans, Lennigas who strung people along for years on that acreage but they never once delivered anything meaningful in production or revenues. Why, because they never could have.

Same old posts from non attending commentators, most of who'm have got their assumptions totally wrong as usual judging by the replies they are getting with their usual scare mongering agenda.

Has he been appointed in an advisory role, as I dont recall seeing that, just what he wrote prior to being not voted for. And I find it amusing thqt you slag off every RNS he wrote as BS, but this one you take to heart.
